Best Tim?s in Ottawa. Service is kind and super fast. In and out of the drive thru in like 2 mins max.
Not sure why I keep coming back probably cause of the convenience but this location just can?t get it together. My last 5... experiences..just awful. They always get my order wrong and I have to park and go inside. This last experience I was told theydidn?t have a specific donut my daughter wanted through the drive through. After pulling out I realized they forgot some of myorder, my sandwich was also wrong. When I went inside they had over a dozen of the donuts they supposedly didn?t have. The staffjust don?t seem to care and seems like they hate their job. Again, I?ve given this location so many chances but we are donecoming here. Read more
1 star on food. 4 stars on service. 5 stars on coffee. A breakfast sandwich at 11:30 am may not be the proper item to order at... this location. An hour later, I still have that bad taste in my mouth. The English muffin was dry with an awful taste. Couldn't finish it. The sausage was on the cold side and the cheese on the egg was melted and solidified. That sandwich should have beenthrown out hours ago. It sat there way too long. Visited this location during the May 2022 extended power outage. I was impressed by the friendly and speedy service, despite... long lineups and challenging circumstances for employees. There's way too many people working for things to be this slow. With an apparent full crew and most of them just standing... around... Update: My coffee wasn't even made right. Management is failing severely at this location. Read more
