Every time I give this restaurant a chance I continue to be disappointed in service. I have young children and rely and need... reliable and expeditious service. This last time we waited so long in the drive thru that my daughter fell asleep and did noteat what I ordered after I made the order. Disappointing but what I have expected to receive at this location. I recommend goingsomewhere else to spare you the extremely long wait for service. Read more
I ordered $40.00 of food. My receipt said I Should have received 10 BBQ Sauces. 1st they forgot one of my 10 piece nugget orders... and gave me ZERO BBQ SAUCES. When I went in to get rest of my food the staff was complaining to each other how busy they were. When I finally got someone to even talk to me and I asked for my nuggets they had forgotten and for the BBQ sauce, I was given2. I asked for more as I had 42 nuggets. I WAITED again for a long time for them to talk to me again The worker gave me 2 moreand told me they limit BBQ sauce. Said if we give out too many we wont get a raise !!!! Ladies bathroom NO SOAP, WET FLOOR sign by 1 of the bathrooms which had feces all over it. I spoke to MaNAGEment, I told her... they use that bathroom too and how are the cooking food and serving guest. No soap, no gloves, she had about 3 inch pink nailsand I was totally disgusted with a restaurant, a eating place bathroom like that. She spoke to a man about it. He said yeah thebatteries went out yesterday!!! YESTERDAY!!! Then starts asking everyone do you know where the D' batteries are... On September 29, 2022 I arrived at the drive-through at 10:11 PM. I didn?t get my food until 10:26 PM. By time I had ordered my... food there were only two cars ahead of me. They both waited quite some time as well when I got my food which was a double baconcheeseburger with no onion and a medium fry The employee with the red hair didn?t explain The long wait or apologize for thelong wait. I start eating my food and the fries are not even close to hot same with the burger. I understand I?m going to a fastfood establishment and spending like 7$ but you know I would expect to still have food in a timely manner and for it to at leastbe heated in a microwave for 30 seconds before I get it. I really could let the weight go if my food would?ve been hot. But itwasn?t hot and I got no explanation or even any type of courtesy as to why everything took so long. Read more
Really expensive but we had a good time. I liked the batting cage and putt putt the best. They need to sell a package deal where... you pay one price to ride all the rides. we bought a card for $75. I played putt putt once Rhode the go cart once, batted inthe batting cage 3 or 4 times. Played a few video games and got a snack at the snack bar. So I had a great time but it waspricey. The putt putt was nice except their is no shade anywhere. Make sure u wear sunscreen. We got overheated and burnt. Read more
This hasn't been recent, but just shows the owner doesn't care: -not once, but twice I ordered a mcchicken and got lettuce and... mayo in a bun. How do you forget the chicken? The main thing in a chicken sandwich? - I ordered a burger and asked for notomatoe. The receipt said NO TOMATOES. They guy repeated my order to me stating no tomatoe. I ended up with 2 tomatoes on theburger. - the last time I went there, about a year ago, I didn't get the 10 piece nuggets I ordered. Being the inside waslocked, I walked up to the drive threw window. Showed my bag, showed the receipt, and stated what I was missing. I was told Iwas wrong, and given an attitude, but eventually I was given the nuggets. -a few months ago, my husband stopped to get food formy daughter before she had practice. Coke wasn't filled up and ice melted, taste like flat water down nothing. Nuggets so cold and old cant even eat them. After i... waited 15 minutes after i ordered in drive thru. Received fries even tho i didn't order them and also cold. Never will i go hereagain. Read more
No gravy biscuits? (Boo). Sausage McMuffin and potato was good and hot. Tea was fresh. Drive through people were nice.
