So this is the second time in a row that I have recieved cold, late less than appetizing food!
Always great pizza at a good price.
The crust was chewy. It was almost like card board. Pizza hut has definitely gone down hill.
Good pizza, order correct and pretty quick. We called ahead and picked up.
I ordered delivery to my apartment. I live in an apartment building- the driver left my order outside the building and not... outside my door. Haad my grandson not looked out the window and saw him set it outside we would not have known it had arriveand the animals would have had a feast. Read more
I had requested contactless curbside pick up with all my vehicles information and when I pulled up to pick up my pizza,... employees kept looking out the door at my vehicle but ignored the fact that I was in the parking spot waiting and never came todeliver my pizza. I waited for about 8 minutes in the parking spot for my pizza (that I was notified was ready) until I had tounbuckle my crying baby and take her in with me to get my pizza. I was very disappointed at the inconvenience of having to go inand possible exposure when I had indicated contactless curbside pick up. Read more
I ordered a Detroit Specialty pizza and was charged instantly and came to pick up pizza. Worker bought pizza to car and had some... cups of marinara on the side and I asked what it was for and was told that they were out of the Detroit sauce so theysubstituted by giving cups of marinara. This is nothing that has ever happened with Day shift. I wasn?t offered a complimentarypizza for replacement and only choice I had was wait until they refunded my card. Always have piping hot fresh pizza! DENISE the manager is awesome! Every Christmas Eve we order pizza's from Pizza Hut...this... has been a tradition for 15 years and we will continue this tradition as long as we all get together for the holidays. NO ONECAN OUT BEAT THE HUT???? Read more
