They are running a scam or too stupid for simple math. My total for dinner was $112 and I tried to pay with 2 $60 gift cards and... they charged me for the dinner and gift card for a total of over $200! This is Ruby Tuesdays not Ruth Chris steakhouse! As always, the service was exceptional. My Hickory Smoke cheeseburger - with bacon - was amazing. I hate sticky fingers, but the... waitress supplied additional napkins upon request. Not so much impressed with all you can eat salad bar anymore. Typicallyingredients are gone or pretty close to gone. Sneeze guards were a good idea, but they are always smeared and gross. Other thanthat . . . Please consider putting fruit smoothies on your menu for us older folk can enjoy a non-alcoholic drink other thatsoda or tea. Think about the varieties of cocktails you offer. Not very busy, quick to get our food, staff was relatively considerate and sweet! Edited to add- I only gave 4 stars because... our ribs were barely Luke warm, but still good! We didn?t even complain because we were so hungry! Read more
Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in a long time. I thought they had all closed down years ago. Found this one in our travels and... had to stop for a bite. Service was a bit slow and staff seemed a little un enthusiastic. But the food was good and was allaround pleasant dinner. Read more
My boyfriend and I just left the restaurant very disgusted. My first glass of water had a gnat on the outside. One of the... employees told me usually it has black stuff inside the glass, not on the outside. It was 100% an insect. I was given a secondwater and it had floating brown debris. The waitress then gave me a water in a disposable cup. There is a vent over the barthat has large debris swaying back and forth. This happens to be right above where people eat and drink at the bar. Lastly, inthe women?s bathroom, when you flush the toilet, water come up from the floor drain hole. The restaurant overall isn?t clean. Read more
This location was DISGUSTING. My husband and I wanted to grab a quick bite after a long drive and stopped in here to eat. We... were greeted at the door by the pungent smell of mold and mildew. We were shown to our seat by a host and I thought I hadstepped in something sticky because my shoes were squishing to the carpet. Come to find out my husbands shoes were doing it too.The entire carpet was covered in a thick sticky substance. The menus were gross and covered in a thick film of what appeared tobe grease or something, and the table we were shown to was dirty. We immediately left the restaurant (which was completely emptysave for one couple) and went somewhere else. If the first five minutes were that horribly unsanitary I would hate to see whatthe kitchen looked like or, perhaps scarier, what would have come out of the kitchen on our plates. Don?t eat here.
