I was getting a footlong today an a girl kylee was making my sandwich and I notice she had severe dandruff falling from her hair... onto the food. I literally walked out. That is so nasty. It was chunks of dandruff. It was all over her shirt an her cap. Sogross will not come again if she is still working there. Read more

My son ordered 2 classic trays of subs. When he went to pick them up, they were not ready. The CSR said "Sorry, I forgot." Who... forgets an order of that size? We won't be ordering from them again. I would have rate a minus 5 if that was a choice. Read more

Well.. the food was great! Subway usually is. The problem, initially, was the mobile app. They had a deal for BOGO Foot Long if... you ordered and paid on the app so even though we were already in the store I downloaded the app in order to get this discount.Thankfully, they still allowed us to tell them what we wanted on our sandwiches in person because the app was not user friendlyat all. Once I finally got a user profile set up and added my payment information, on the very last step of placing the order,the app gives an error message. By this time our sandwiches were ready and we're standing at the register, and it just keepssaying that, basically, there's a problem with the STORE'S latest update to their system. We spend a few minutes "re-trying"while the shift manager calls the owner who tells her that their system is constantly updating itself and we just have to keeptrying. Okay. Now there are other customers behind us having the same problem so we step back from the register and let the nextperson go in front of us. And the next one. And the person after that. The shift manager then says to those of us waiting thatthey can't just fix the problem by only charging us for one sub and figuring out the problem later because it will negativelyaffect their "bread count". Now, I used to work at this SAME Subway 16 years ago.. when I was in High School. As assistantmanager. I know about the bread counts. MY issue is: I'm nine months pregnant, I've been in the store almost 30 mins now, andthis lady is starting to get rude even though my husband and I were very patient, polite and understanding. Either I'm onlypaying for one sub, or they can both go in the trash and it'll be TWO subs against inventory. She charged me for just the oneand slammed the change into my palm, which btw I immediately deposited into the tip jar, despite the attitude. Saturday 9/21 around dinner time, place is absolutely packed for a subway and our sandwich artist was in here alone because his... partner didn't show up, he deserves a promotion, he multitasked like a pro, pumped out everyone's subs beautifully, had to goget more brisket for my friends order and I ordered a feast so I feel bad but he did it super quick and super well. I work at the Planet Fitness near by and come here often. I just love the people who work here. Not every place is so pleasent... but this team really shines. I'd go out of my way to order with them over others for sure! Tell them thank you for making my dayand meal great ?????????? Read more

I will NEVER return to this subway in Gloucester courthouse by the Ollie?s I went be evening of 3/30/19 and the kids behind the... counter made my sandwiches with no problem during he sandwich making I heard the girl tell the boy ?that chicken is frozen youneed to heat it? I got back to my place of work with my ride i did not have my own car, I sat down with my food and bit into anICE COLD sandwich the chicken was FROZEN I called and talked to the girl who checked me out and she was taking my name andtelling me I could have a free sandwich tomorrow when the manager took the phone from her and told me if I wanted my mealreplaced I had to save the sandwich overnight and bring it back in the morning for INVENTORY, I?m sorry but he wasted an hour ofmy time I worked 8hrs today and did not get a dinner break because of their mistake, I was furious I borrowed my friends car andtook the sandwich back and demanded a refund and the assistant manager told me I didint have any right to be rude to himalthough because of their mistake I did not get to eat or work a dinner break during my nursing shift, I will never return tothis subway Read more

The restaurant is always clean and food is good but the staff is usually cold and short . Also , they start closing the store... around 6pm with chairs turned upside down on the tables and flor mats rolled up in the booths. It always seems as if we areinconveniencing them when we arrive. Read more
