Never again! I couldn?t believe how unsanitary this place was. I had anxiety watching her make my sandwich. The lunch meat and... cheese looked gross and uncovered. I wish i told her to stop making my sandwich and just left? but I didn?t. I told my husband Iwon?t be surprised if we get food poisoning and I?m dead serious about that. We actually threw the food away, never evenunwrapped it. I wish I could just get my money back for food that we didn?t even eat due to worrying about getting sick. Forgot my cookie I ordered. The first time, I ordered a melt. They didn?t even heat it up. Will never order from them again
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order got 3 subs we got there to pick it up and one of our... subs was sitting on the counter wide open for over 5 minutes with no workers out front when we came in. Then he doesn?t put anylettuce or anything we asked for and he cut it into 4 pieces with just meat. When it was an Italian B.M.T melt. It wasn?t eventoasted or anything. Will never go there again. I don't understand why the people making food in this restaurant do not care enough about their customers to put a mask on.... There's still a pandemic going on. They're talking over the food and holding conversations with each other. They have to talkto ask about the condiments. This needs to be addressed since people are still contacting and dying from this disease inGloucester. Read more
The bread was sour & the lettuce was brown. None of the toppings had any flavor. I've never thrown away a subway sandwich until... today. My fault for trusting a subway restaurant inside of a Walmart. Read more
Subway is my favorite place to go get my meatball subs and the cookies there are really delicious which I really love the white... chocolate chips cookies and for when it comes to the kids meals there it comes in awesome looking bags. The workers there arereally nice and friendly people that help make your sub just the way that you want it. Read more
The food was very good but the lettuce had pieces of other stuff in it. The employee grabbed one of the pieces and quickly threw... it out. The bin of tomatoes were almost empty so the tomatoes were soaking in their juice. I did not have either put on my sub. Read more
