I wish I would have taken a picture of the nachos I received... never have I ever seen or tasted nachos with broken chips... I... should have asked them to remake, cause it really made me sad. However, everything else was good, and had tacos again a weeklater as well. That visit everything was good. Read more

I went into this restaurant for dinner on August 23rd and got a Quesadilla and a large drink. The quesadilla came out quick, but... didn?t get my cup till about the 8th time asking. The employee working the counter was saying I didn?t order a drink when I didand I told him what I got multiple times calmly and finally he went to go check the screen to see if I really ordered a drinkand saw that I did. The kitchen staff was excellent and quick but the boy working the front didn?t have customer service skillsand was trying to argue with me about a drink that I ordered. Read more

Two days in a row taco bell has gotten my order wrong or I was missing half of my order. The second day they messed up... apparently didn't hear me say a 12 pack of delights but had it on the screen and told me I had to pay the difference since itwas rang up as 2 pack instead of 12. If it is your mess up I shouldn't have to. 1st day they only gave me half my order thenwhen I went back they gave me the missing items and that's it. No apologies either days. No offering anything which I don't evencare about offering free stuff I care there wasn't even an apology. No wonder they have a hiring sign. They should also tell thecurrent employees how to apologize and be more on top of their game. Read more
