We always come to Chubby’s on Thursdays for steak night! This is by far the best bang for your buck steak place around. The... steak comes with one side and a steak sauce as part of the deal - the ribeye (16 oz) is absolutely delicious. My partner alwaysgets the porterhouse (22 oz) and says it is just as delicious. We’ve been here a couple times already, the steak is alwaysconsistent and seasoned well. Chubby’s is Gloucester’s best kept secret! Highly recommend. Read more
Went to Chubby's for our third time on Friday night. We started at the bar while our table was being prepared and both had the... Chubby's Manhattan, which was made to perfection. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the live Jazz (every Friday night) makesit even better. We were seated right in front of the musicians, but the volume was not overpowering. Our meal was absolutelydelicious and we got a huge slice of house made pistachio cheese cake to go since we were both too full but couldn't pass it up.Chubby's has easily become my favorite overall restaurant in South Jersey for a top-notch dinner! We celebrated my birthday last night. What a fantastic experience. We could not have asked to be in a more welcoming... establishment. From the bar staff to the servers, everyone is top shelf. We made a last minute decision to try Chubby's on a rainy Tuesday night. Everything was beyond expectations! Steaks were cooked... perfectly as ordered and the seasoning was awesome. Crab cakes were great. Deserts were great. Our server was friendly,knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been to every fancy steakhouse in Philly and I honestly enjoyed this meal just as much,if not more than any of them at a fraction of the cost. We will be back. Read more
Went to Chubbys for the first time last night to celebrate our anniversary. This place is definitely a hidden gem! The food was... absolutely delicious! We got the prime rib spring rolls as an app which was served with spicy ketchup - so delicious. Our steakswere cooked to perfection and seasoned so well. Finally we had dessert and had creme brûlée which was to die for. The servicewas great! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening. We will definitely be back! Read more
Tiny place. You'd never think it was a steak house from the outside. Had heard some good things about this place so we gave it a... try. The food was delicious! Everything was top notch!
