If I could rate this negative stars I would. My family and I ordered food and the women making it was very nasty. The entire... time she was giving us a dirty look. When we received our stuff she didn't put the food in a bag, but put a previous order inone and our smoothies were not filled. We frequent this particular wawa but I don't often order from the deli. Today we gave it a shot. My husband got a quesadilla... that was dripping grease but the tortilla was so dry it was broken into pieces on the outside. My hoagie was ordered with extramayo, it had barely any. There was a substantial amount of turkey and such and everything seemed fresh but the dryness kindaruined the whole thing for me. I think I'm remembering why I don't order from this deli. Read more
The response we had for one stick of butter that was stolen out of the box in the bag that wasn't even taped up was on called... for. The phone call we had with I guess the manager (guy with the glasses) said he packaged the item himself and said everythingwas secured which was a lie because again the bag wasn't even taped up... sticker still had the paper it came with on it whilethe other half was on the bag. Showed manager the bag that was poorly secured shut in person but with that phone call I assumehe's still in denial looking at the bag that wasn't taped shut and he offered the store's "personal supply" of butter. I've been at this location before when it was busy and had no problem's but this morning 4/30 like 2:50 - 3:15am i was the only... person there in the store and i ordered a Turkey hoagie with spicy mustard cheese Sweet peppers and more but when i got to workto eat my Turkey hoagieIt it had no turkey on it Now I'm furious Because it's the month of Ramadan And I have to eat before4:37in the morning and can't eat until 7:55 at night Therefore its a possible chance Of me breaking my fast Due to this Petty Act ofthis employee I would like for a manager to look back at the camera and see what elseThis employee was doing For her to forgetthe turkey on a turkey hoagie. Love this Wawa. After my negative experience with the new Wawa on Rt. 130, I will be sticking to this Wawa. Everybody here is... always so friendly and kind, and are always making me feel welcome when I walk in the door. Every employee here is skilled andknowledgeable in their position and I appreciate everything they do for the customer. Read more
Sometimes crowded and a bit of a wait, but staff here are friendly and work hard. Selection is good, usually well-stocked and... store is clean. Coffee is kept fresh and hot items to go (ie Sizzli and stuffed pretzels, etc) are usually readily available. Read more
Solid Wawa. Clean, well organized. Touch screens for ordering food at this Wawa are the nicer tablet-style glass screens, rather... than the gross 1990s ones that pick up all manner of grime that most of the stores still have. Read more
I goto this Wawa frequently & I hardly ever have a bad experience. It must be the younger generation of workers that simple... don?t wanna work. I said thank you 3 times to the person who made my food and she never responded. I thanked the man who made mysmoothie twice and he didn?t say a word either.
