The new owner is rude and likes to talk down to people. I went to get a water but every time the water came out it was filthy. I... had to throw away the cup, she made a snarky comment about how the cups cost her money. Maybe clean your water and I wouldn?thave to throw it away. She also stated that water isn?t free, yet her associates have been giving people free water for monthsnow. In no way do I blame them, she?s obviously just not a responsible manager. Horrible experience. When I walked up, I was greated with, "Our toasters are broken so no toasting." The girl behind the... counter was so rude that I only ended up getting a kids meal for my son and a drink. Went to the beverage station and 4 of the8 drink options were out of order.... come on... you can do better subway. Read more
