It's a shame that this place has so much potential that is never met. Nothing is ever fully stocked. They're always out of... ingredients that are essential. Portions are small, usually I have to tell them to use more. Is it just a coincidence that theSubway down the street on Reisterstown Road is constantly stocked with everything Subway is supposed to have and this one isnot? Don't waste your time here, save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Reisterstown Road. Read more

It's always a great experience at this Subway. I have closer locations but I rather come here instead. Excellent customer... service every time I visit this location. The food is always tastes good and the manager is very nice and treats us very well. Read more

Have been going to this location for years. Tonight I placed an online order after 8 pm and when I arrived at the restaurant... they were closed. I have no issue with them closing early but if you do you need to shut down the online ordering. I now have totake the time tomorrow to call to get my money back. Very unhappy customer who will not return. To top of my story I was toldthey couldn't find my order, had to go to my account and take a screen shoot. Then they claimed they closed at 8:36 due totechnical difficulties. Doesn't explain the sign that said they closed at 8. They also claimed they tried to call but didn'thave my number. Funny same account and they have called before. Just apologise and refund my money. Why the lies? Read more

Former employee/ Regular Customer. The new owners are very unprofessional. I asked questions about my paycheck.. when I would... receive it. The owner laughed in my face and said it was not her problem. They said it was mailed to my home address.. Its been4 business days past payday still have not received it.. Most bread Trays/ Bake ware are not thoroughly cleaned before nextuse... The owner reuses white paper the frozen bread sits on over night. One time I threw it away because it had been used for aweek straight and the owner made me take it out the trashcan so she could use it the next day. I really don't recommend gettingfood from this location until they get some things figured out. There are new employees in and out weekly with very littletraining (you'd be surprised how much a little training on how to make a sandwich makes a difference) but hey if you want a freemeal no worries just complain to the manager and watch her unprofessionally reprimand her employee while they correct your suband get your money back Read more

I have been coming to this subway fo 3 days for my lunch. I usually take my time to order; and today specifically I took longer... than usual. The franchise owner has the decency to ask me to get out because I have been inside for an hour. I have been aconstant paying customer, and being asked to leave is very unprofessional.
