I have submitted hundreds of reviews over the last few years placing me in the top 10%. I always attempt to say something... positive or give a good review.... the food quality was fine and the building was clean. Unfortunately the heavy set assistantmanager was horrible to the young staff. Never get my order , things get forgotten, ask for sweet tea, get unsweet tea. Also, not just Braums but the industry in... general, so Iguarantee, 90% of people will tell you "that's it" constantly asking if that is all, your customer is annoyedbefore any interaction with your employees, that phrase is not courtesy, it's basically rushing your customer. Don't getfixated on quantity, focus on each order, get it right. That's what brings people back. Don't add to their stress of the day. Train your folks to empathize. Stop here twice for breakfast. Good for the price and the portions are good. Friendly staff and the restaurant is clean.
