My expectations for McDonald's are not the highest but even these folks managed to disappoint. Had a problem with our order and... went to the counter to notify the staff. Stood quietly while 3 employees walk by without acknowdgement, 2 others came by andwhen questioned they informed me it wasn't their position to help. Didn't offer to send someone to the counter to help. Ieventually got the attention of a staff member who was very quick to resolve our issue. As a customer it's frustrating whenemployees make eye contact and fail to acknowledge or attempt to address why you're standing there. Read more

Ugh.....burgers were so over cooked, even my dog wouldn't eat it. The fries on the other hand were limp, under cooked and... tasteless. Just gross. This isn't the first time either. It's becoming the norm at every McDonald's near me. They ran out ofthe Happy Meal buckets, and instead of letting me know when I ordered, they gave me a lame little toy for an under 3 yr oldold. Now.. I could jump on wagon dumping on this locations many.. many issues as the following reviews here show.. but I'll just... say.. the price is the price.. elevated as all businesses are now a days. My only issue is this. When I order a Sausageburrito.. it would be nice if it had... you know. Sausage in it. First bite.. I taste nothing... (not a Covid nothing) Noflavor at all. So I dissect it and find no sausage... none whatsoever. Could of been an mistake... but after seeing most ofthese reviews... you be the judge. The rest of my food was good and I'm glad I ordered more that just the burrito. Therestaurant interior is under construction... so this may have contributed to the issues. Either way.. I pasted two otherMcDonald's locations to get to this one... I think I'll stop at one of them.. for the time being. Read more

I hate to do this. Been coming here for about 5 years and we dread it. Kids love it so we go through the motions. We chalked... most of it up to Covid and the problems that can bring. I?m sorry whoever the runs this place, but it?s so bad on multiplelevels. Inaccurate orders, raw meat, enormous wait times, and so much more. Seating is a greasy mess. Whoever owns this placeneeds to come down and park there. I suspect they have multiple problems in all locations but The Goddard one is reaching epiclevels. I?ll come here for my kids, but otherwise. I can?t and won?t come back. Truly sorry, but it?s been too much. Read more

Mens restroom could use a good cleaning as when I visited, the toilet overflowed and it wasn't cleaned up. The order area or... lobby and dining area, the floor was sticky and could have been mopped. I took my daughter's here around 6pm on a Sunday sothey weren't busy for dining in. They failed to give us our complete order and didn't make one of our items as we ordered it. I had to wipe down our table as all the others weren't clean either. I get when an employee is on break they may need to takeit in the dining are, but when you have 3 to 4 employees gathered around blocking the restroom entrance, it doesn't look. Couple this with my children needing to use the restroom, it doesn't speak well to their leadership here. I'm not too certainI'll be back to this location. Read more

Pulled into drive through Sunday night and got no response from anyone. Only one car in front of us. So we went inside.... Apparently the young man didn't want to do drive through and turned his headset off. The Female employee seemed frustrated ather co workers behavior. Food was old and cold. No ketchup available either. Poorly managed. Never even seen a manager. Read more

It?s always something with this location. Every single time I go through it?s something different. But there is always... something. But always slow, one time they took my cash asked me to pull forward since they were waiting on food. I foolishlywaited 20 min until I pulled back to the window. They had no clue what I was talking about. This place should be ashamed ofthe management. I can?t blame it on the employees because this place has been through so many. Read more

April 21st placed an order on the app at 7pm arrived at 7:10 checked in watch as every car that arrived after me got their order... and I am still sitting here waiting for my order at 7:30pm. What is the point of ordering on the app when the drive thru wouldhave been way faster? Why order large fires when they give you half the order? Read more
