We live in Goddard and frequent this establishment. Lately they always get our order wrong. And then we always have to drive all... the way back to the restaurant to get the correct food. Today came through and ordered lunch for my family. I get home and findout that one of my kids, who is lactose intolerant, doesn't have a burger to eat because they made them wrong even though I saidmany times no cheese on the burgers. Had to drive all the way back across town to get the correct burgers and was not evenoffered a coupon or anything for my time or inconvenience. All the while my child is at home upset because they don't haveanything to eat and everybody else is eating. Always check your orders before you leave the restaurant. Read more
I stopped in tonight for dinner and placed an order for 5 people. When I got home, I realized that there was some mistakes... made/missing items. I?m not usually one to call to ?complain? but tonight I did. I had the chance to talk with Jon, and he tookwhat could have been a poor experience and completely turned it around. He was nothing but apologetic and accommodating.Mistakes happen. How mistakes are handled is what matters and I was very impressed with how kind of a response I received. Read more
Ordered 2 route 44 cherry limeades through the app and had to wait 24 mins for my drinks. Other cars were pulling up ordering... food and drinks and received their ordered before me. I watched the guy order 5mins after me at the tables and his food came out5 mins before my 2 drinks. I was late picking my son up from football practice due to this. I was trying to surprise my son witha cherry limeade after practice but instead ruined the night because his coaches had to wait for me to get there to pick him up.I would not recommend using the app. Read more

Kaitlyn took very good care of me tonight. I made it clear that the chili cheese tots at other sonics NEVER have enough chili on... them and she assured me that they would if I ordered them there and she was not wrong!! Not only that but she had top notchcustomer service. Kaitlyn needs to be a manager!! Very annoyed. ordered through the sonic app for extra mango and raspberry flavoring, got my drink back and it was nearly clear.... I paid almost a dollar extra for the flavoring and it tasted like a regular sprite. I took them back to the drive through andthey did remake them, with hardly any flavoring again, and I wasn?t going through a third time. Feel like when I pay almost awhole dollar extra for flavoring i should be getting a lot of flavoring. When i get this drink at other locations it?s nearlyorange and not white Read more
I stopped here on my way to the vet. I was going to put my 17 year old dog to sleep. She had been very sick and it was... time. The young man who delivered our food noticed I had dogs in the car. He asked if I wanted a pup cup. I had no idea what itwas, but after finding out I said yes. I told him where I was headed and he brought out a cup for my dog. She really enjoyedthat cup of Whipped cream. I am soo glad Sonic and the server did that for my dog. It made the say just a little bit easier. Read more
This is the worst food establishment in Goddard, KS. I have never gone to get food here and had everything in our order correct... and there is constantly a wait, even just for drinks. I went one day during happy hour to get one cherry limeade and an order ofonion rings. I sat parked in the stall with the button pushed for 15 minutes and they finally got on the intercom and said,"we're sorry, there is going to be about a 20 minute wait to order. Is that okay with you?" Um, no?? This is a fast foodestablishment. I understand if you're understaffed or if it is abnormally busy at that time, but they should be prepared forhappy hour being one of their busiest times. I honestly don't know why I keep giving them a chance. Way too expensive for suchhorrible service. Read more
