They were short-handed. Our order accuracy was not correct? No napkins or forks or salsa that was ordered on the app.
For a place that is always packed and brings in a lot of money it never seems to improve. Drive-Thru always takes forever. As a... person that worked at Taco Bell when I was 16, we could make the drive through and Lobby move at a very acceptable rate with 3people. Knowing this, it is 100% the managements fault for hiring incompetent people to work the afternoon shifts. Sure threepeople was not fun but it really wasn?t difficult to keep things moving. You will sit in line for 30 minutes just for them toget your order wrong. And you can?t do anything about it because you would have to wait another 30 minutes to get it fixed. It?scrazy how slow the workers are. I get not everyone is going to be a fast foot god worker but come on. It?s not hard to make somefood and do it right. Read more
