They were short-handed. Our order accuracy was not correct? No napkins or forks or salsa that was ordered on the app.
For a place that is always packed and brings in a lot of money it never seems to improve. Drive-Thru always takes forever. As a... person that worked at Taco Bell when I was 16, we could make the drive through and Lobby move at a very acceptable rate with 3people. Knowing this, it is 100% the managements fault for hiring incompetent people to work the afternoon shifts. Sure threepeople was not fun but it really wasn?t difficult to keep things moving. You will sit in line for 30 minutes just for them toget your order wrong. And you can?t do anything about it because you would have to wait another 30 minutes to get it fixed. Didn't get all of my order that I paid for. Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. If I lived in Goddard I would just drive up... there but I don't. People want more money to work fast food but they can't even do their job correctly. If you can't do it rightthen you don't deserve more money. Read more
Ordered one day, asked for a veteran discount. The person at the window gave me a discount. Ordered another day, asked for the... veteran discount. I was told they don't do that. After explaining that I had just received one the day prior, I was told therewas a mistake. Understanding that accidents happen, after all - that how I was made; I understood and accepted it for what itwas. However when getting my chalupa and taco, I wasn't happy that they smashed it and broke it up, to the point I was onlyable to eat it with a fork. Read more

Goddard Taco Bell, sometimes very quick other times extremely slow. Lately, it has been leaning toward the slow. It all depends... on who is working the window for them. The.
