My wife and I had dinner there last night to celebrate our 45 th anniversary. Service was great and fast. Food was excellent ... and the portions were huge. Our waitress was super friendly and sweet. Unfortunately the food was terrible. The table was filthy, used the wet wipes to... clean the table and they turned black. The "big Dipper sandwich was dried out and the meat was way over cooked. The picture onthe review from 7 months ago on here looked exactly what I got today. No changes been made to improve. My girlfriend and I decided to order take out at the Goderich Boston Pizza for Valentines day. I have eaten at this location a... handful of times, the food is usually great, however the customer service has varied in the past. Our experience yesterdayevening was very disappointing. My girlfriends dinner looked exceptional, however my burger was lukewarm and the quantity ofonion rings was a literal joke. Like 4 onion rings - perhaps 3 and a half that were room temperature. I can understand this wason valentines, but considering the price paid - my girlfriend insisted we call and complain. Unfortunately to our surprise wedid not receive a response after 3 calls, and considering we had no troubles getting a hold of someone to order we wereextremely disappointed. Read more
I would recommend continuing down the road to chucks. Service is ok. Menu used to be quite good but was reduced due to COVID and... many dishes seem smaller and the quality just isn't there. For the price there are much better options in the vicinity. Read more
Our appetizer of Boneless Wings medium was to be coming out after our entrees. Apparently forgotten. The food is ok. Garlic... toast was burnt and the Jambalaya Fettuccini was bland. The pizza was extremely salty. There wasn't much sausage or shrimp, andthe chicken tasted microwaved straight out of a NO FRILLS container on clearance shelf. Our waitress was nice enough andapologized for the inconvenience, and we have sympathy for her. But as a whole.. with kitchen staff etc, it's a bit of adisaster.
