We went in Saturday evening after having had some local recommendations. The service was fine. The ice cream, not so fine.... First, they didn't keep it cold enough, so it had a gooey, melted look in the tubs--not appetizing. Further, if you ask for ahot fudge sundae, you don't get hot fudge. You get chocolate syrup put in the microwave. It's quite a different taste. (Ittastes like the standard Hershey's sauce you get in the supermarket.) Finally, the whipped "cream" tastes like non-dairy coolwhip, and not the real thing. You can get better tasting ice cream by going to the supermarket and getting Haagen Dazs. It wouldbe really nice to get something from a place that cared about quality. But it isn't Cravings. Read more
Great customer service, however place needs updating. It looks clattered inside and is in need of organization. Also, having... the label on the containers, like naming the flavours would be helpful. Ice cream has freezer burn, so definitely something theyneed to attend to. Read more
A great selection of fresh ice cream, iced and hot beverages, and treats (like their house-made fudge). Staff are friendly,... accommodating, and efficient. You can even order an ice-cream cake for special occasions. It's a weekly stop for us! Read more
They serve Shaw's ice cream by the scoop and have some other yummy treats to purchase. However, it's nothing to write home... about. The interior isn't particularly welcoming or well organized and it got crammed pretty quickly with a small line. Read more
