My family and I stopped here for lunch and told a lady our order. A footlong assorted sub, a 6 inch assorted, a 6 inch great... canadian club, and a wrap for my disabled sister. She was confused with our order and didn't know we wanted a footlong (for mydad waiting outside), and thought the 2 6 inch subs were both great canadian clubs. We said we didn't want bacon on one of the 6inch subs as it was an assorted. Instead of clarifying the order, the employee got mad and threw the bacon at the window andgave up on the order. She didn't try communicating at all. The next male staff took over for her and totally skipped my disabledsister's wrap and went to the next customer. If my mom did not step in, their disorganized staff would have not made my disabledsister her wrap. They did not care we had a disabled person with us, they did not care to help her order. Finally, once theorder was done, it was rung up totaly wrong since the girl could never clarify our order and we were charged $10 too much.Management and the other male staff did not bother to fix it, or make any amends or say sorry for skipping my sister in line.Never going to this subway again and you shouldn't either if you have someone with a disability in your life that you careabout. They will just skip them and not feed them, when it could have been an opportunity to show how accommodating you are todisabled people. From this my sister had a total meltdown that we had to deal with that could have totally been avoided if staffwas friendly and communicated properly. What a disappointment. Read more
Sub maker did not understand "double the bacon", asked for white cheddar cheese, received orange cheese, asked for black pepper... on the tomatoes, he put salt and pepper on them, asked for green olives, received green pepper instead. Stated I did not wantthe receipt, he put it in the bag with the sandwich. Hard of hearing perhaps. Still tasted good and the bread was fresh. Read more
I organized a trip for over 30 ESL students and their families to Goderich Beach. I needed someone local to feed this hungry... bunch so I called ahead and ordered 30 subs in 4 different varieties. When the big day came, the subs were all ready, exactly asordered and with 30 free cookies as a bonus! Thanks to the manager and staff of Goderich Subway for playing a big part in makingour beach trip a success. I highly recommend you for parties and big gatherings and wish you continued success! Horrible. The guy didn't know how to make a turkey and ham sub, had to ask someone. No smile or any greeting. Very poor customer... service. I get the exact same sub everytime and something was very off with the sub. The bread was hard and tasted stale. Theveggies were not fresh. Won't be going back for sure. They make a good sub! Wish they could drop the masks though soon? it?s hard to hear them with the plexiglass AND mask!
My daughter and I went in to get a couple sandwiches around 4 o?clock on December 4th in Goderich Ontario. There was only one... man working and a line up of customers. He worked quickly, politely and did a great job. If there was a option to tip on thedebit machine I would?ve. He should be commended to have such a good attitude in that situation. Read more
