Not to impressed! Zehrs is not a cheap store by any means, so you think the staff might be a little friendlier. I get nothing... but attitude, when you bring problems to their attention. They don't care, not even supervisors or management. There have been afew times I thought I'd grab a quick bite to eat and grab some sushi. It's always moldy. Ive brought this to employees,supervisors and management attention every time. No one seems to care or do anything about it. It would definitely upset me toget home and realize this is what I spend my money on. I always get the answer, it's brought in by another company. It's aproduct being sold in your store, so it's your obligation to make sure it edible. Since I never seen this action beingfixed,it's time to put my review on. Placed an order for curbside pickup and once we arrived we only had a few minutes to wait for our groceries. For our wait we... received a free bag of popcorn! When we got home we realized there was an extra bag of groceries that wasn't ours. I called toinform them and said I could pay for the extra bag (we always could use more vegetables and we were already home) she said shewould speak to her manager about the situation and call me back. They were so gracious that we called they said we could justkeep the extra bag of groceries, free of charge! Lynn was an incredible help! Thank you? Read more
Has everything you need, and then some! Gourmet options, great fresh produce, and open late every day. Always so clean I feel... bad when my precocious toddlers go in and make a mischievous mess ???? Friendly, clean atmoshere with a produce section 2nd to none. But prices seem quite to high me. Then u observe how many people u... seriously walking around doing next to nothing & realize ur payin their union wages with ur groceries. DON'T go there muchanymore myself. Read more
