I've been ordering 1 or 2 pies and sometimes additional items for my kids every Friday from Domino's/Godfrey for around 3 to 4... years now. I don't recall any orders that were late, or pizza cold. Online ordering makes it easy to order in advance on Fridaymornings. 6 pizzas earns a free one, so I defiantly use that perk. I recently had to change an online order with some adds so Ihad to call. The manager, I don't remember her name, was extremely helpful and pleasant. I tip well. I see people complainingabout late deliveries, question; did you tip at least 15%? I don't know, might be an incentive to get it there on time. Read more

This dominos location should be put out of its misery. Over the last year, I’ve had to cancel more orders than have had... fulfilled. Routinely more than an hour before they even start cooking my order. That doesn’t mean a delivery will soon follow. Drivers always say they can’t keep people, I’m guessing management is to blame. The local Papa John’s doesn’t seem tohave this issue. Read more
Tried ordering online first but wouldn’t go threw so we tried calling but also didn’t get threw we was determined to have... domino’s so we stopped in and ordered. While waiting to place order we noticed a coupon and when the guy came to take ourorder we told him we wanted to use said coupon it had no expiration date on it. He proceeded to grab all the coupons upincluding the one we handed him and say no you can’t use that. Absolutely rude and first experience I’ve ever had in anyrestaurant or store where they refuse to honor any coupon or sign that wasn’t clearly expired. So I didn’t argue I just saidfine and placed my order . He came back ten minutes later to say he had to do order again cause the Apple Pay wasn’t workingand payment didn’t go threw so after 11/2 hrs of trying to order and get our pizza we waited we finally received ourorder.I’m tempted to contact headquarters I’m so upset and dissatisfied. Ordered pizza this evening at 5:40 pm. They didn't get it in the oven until 6:30 AFTER I had called and complained about the... wait time. After picking it up, I found the pizza was burnt. I called the store manager and complained, and they said we'd haveto return the pizza in order to get a refund. Who takes back food during COVID?!?! I will never order from this place again. Placed an order a few weeks ago.. entire order burnt. Called manager, she issued me a credit. Went tonight to redeem said credit... and they burned everything again. I threw the whole order away. No mask.. no gloves while making food. I have that on videoalso. Read more
Ordered pizza well done, was delivered doughy and undercooked, cooked less than even normal. Call the store? Immediately put on... hold, then disconnected and no answer when I called back. Brownie was literally not cooked all the way. Pictures for proof.First pic is what they advertise online. Second is my "well done" doughy undercooked slab of dough. We ordered 12 buffalo wings. We picked it up and paid for it. But the manager John at the Godfrey store wouldn’t accommodate... me when they made the mistake and didn’t give us our wings.
