Order a double quarter pounder with no cheese. It's on the receipt, I'm pulled out of line for them to make fresh, It's on the... receipt that is taped to my box. When I get home, there is cheese on my order. I complained online and was referred to a websitethat did not work. When I told them that the website did not work, they replied that the website was the ONLY way for them tolook at my complaint. Pretty convenient for them. Read more

The fact that you have to order at the kiosk and it doesn't work well and then th we workers ignore you, oh and don't use the... code you gave them to get your free item, yeah they were a joke. I don't eat McDonald's or fast food but I had a taste for hamburgers no pickles, nuggets (which I forgot my sweet&sour sauce) ... of course you GOT to get fries AND my mouth was watering for a hot fudge sundae with nuts. It was 9:55pm & they were closing@10pm. I just knew they would either be closed or out of everything (because ST LOUIS north county ALWAYS is DO NOT GOTHERE!!!)
