My past two delivery orders took over one hour to get delivered, when I get the food, it's cold. I appreciate the free pizza... that I keep getting; however, I'd rather have warm food. Also, you don't really get anything for free because of the minimumdelivery limit. I have never experienced this with Domino's, I 'm not expecting exactly 30 minutes, but the wait time isexcessive. It appears reviews are very good or very bad. On a whim we decided to order a few pizzas and a BB chicken order to go since we... in that plaza. It was done all on a Android phone not in a downloaded App. It was crazy simple to do and they accepted a 3rdparty payment that I use. I watched the order process over the phone and knew the order was ready. I did wait at the counter fora bit until someone could ask to assist me. They were hustling quickly in the kitchen & on the phones. It was around 5 PM whenit was ready and it was correct. Just my experience this time. Thank you to the store as I watched you guys from outside duringthe process. You all were hauling a$$ doing the cooking and answering phone 1 after another. Great Job Read more

First time no one answered the phone at all during open hours and I called repetitively then 4.5hrs later (legit) someone... answered took my order, then I didn?t receive my order until 1hr later and received the wrong items then couldn?t get a hold ofthem again!!!! Second time went good all was good. Third time they came an hour later and I answered the call getting out of theshower and said I?d be a few minutes and I was rushing just to find they had left?so impatient and unprofessional on top ofunproductive. I have ordered using the app a few times from this new location and have not had any issues. Pizza arrived on time and was... exactly as I expected. Drivers have been courteous and personable. Read more
RIDICULOUS. I?ve never had such a bad Dominos experience. They don?t care about their customers. They don?t answer their phone.... I was told my pizza would be ready between 5:37-5:47. The app tracker told me it was ready about 10 minutes after that. Still nopizza. No names on any pizzas in the stores, so best of luck getting the right pizza. :-( Read more
It seems they want to force you to use an app and order online. If you go inside to order they don't tell you there are special... prices for certain packages of food. Read more
