I?ve been to this location 2x in the past several months. First time the lone worker decided to close shop 40 minutes before... scheduled close. I just went back today during the middle of the day and there?s no customers. You could tell at first greetingthe worker absolutely HATES her job. Then I ask if dining in was option as I saw ALL the chairs on the tables of an emptyrestaurant, and she said no unfortunately not. I really hope the franchise owner sees this - what a terrible experience. Mightwant to close up shop soon because you?re not good at running a store with terrible customer and employee experiences. Awful. Roll was an Italian and stale! Never had such a bad sandwich. No mayonnaise, they were out! Cut 3/4 of way through... not all the way. Upon pulling to separate all the bacon pulled through onto one half. Onions in large chunks not the way Iusually get them. Tomatoes dried out and ok?d looking. Roast beef does not come on my sandwich, it never has anyways. Asubway melt is normally the best sandwich. Nothing like this. Phone has been busy since 5:30 and it?s now 8:50 pm. Noanswer now! Twice I've placed an online order. 1st time the order appeared to have gone through as money was immediately withdrawn from my... account. The site showed a pick up time of 7:40pm. Upon arrival the store assistant had just locked the doors. I knocked on thedoor and had a conversation through the locked door. She apparently never received the order and could not issue a refund as shenever got the order. I had to wait business days for a refund. Mind you this was supposed to be my families dinner. So now hadto spend more money on a McDonald's dinner. The 2nd time, the order was placed and money withdrawn. While on our way to pick itup the store assistant called and said she had to reject and cancel the order. That the store was super busy and she was therealone and couldn't handle my order of 5 sandwiches. Again had to wait business days for the refund. I know the saying, screw meonce, shame on you... but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So shame on me. This establishment has not changed in their poormanagement. When you are actually lucky enough to get food, they are usually out of toppings and there is always only one staffmember working. Their phone is NEVER accepting calls. Actually has a recording stating so. To make this clear, the workers arenot the ones at fault, it is the upper management for this Subway that needs to take full responsibility. They clearly shouldNOT have the online ordering turned on as they cannot handle these additional orders with the lack of staff. I have triedemailing corporate but that didn't go anywhere either. Went here to get a sandwich tonight Moe and Adam are super friendly with have excellent customer service. I wl be going back to... this store This store is on reduced hours I hope they go back to regular hours soon. 10 am to 7 pm Read more

Last month I walked into the place and they had no bread. The employee was alone with a line out the door and several orders for... pickup. All of us in line waited and eventually I left along with everyone else. Why would a company allow kids to be alone atnight? This place needs more staffing. Read more

You should probably put the correct hours of operation on your google page... because when people look your hours up and it says... you are open until 9, when clearly you close up shop way before then... it gets kind of irritating. Why does it say "open until9" and when i pull up at 8:30 you are completely closed? Isn't the whole point of being on google to make things simple forpeople? Just post your ACTUAL hours. Things like this make people angry and not want to frequent your location. Read more

Was very pleased with the service and food at this location. My friend had never been to any subway location and said the sub he... got here was the best he had ever had. Alex the person working there was very friendly and made sure to get our orders out asquick as possible. I was very pleased how this subway was up to all Heath codes as well. This subway is the place I recommendfor anyone to go to for a great experience. Read more
