The pizza they make is absolutely delicious, been ordering from Rico's for years, and honestly saying its the best choice if... your looking for authentic quality fresh pizza that is made with care and not just slapped together and tossed in a oven. Theytake pride in their food, and values service, and their polite and friendly always saying thank you. Wait time is not long atall and can call in your order, and located just off state route 2 so grab a nice hot pizza whike sitting in that traffic lol,you wont regret it. Read more
My family was staying at Index and ordered pizza for pickup. The food was well prepared with cheese on top of other ingredients... so the meats and veggies were not dry. Service at the pickup counter was prompt and friendly. I felt like I was lucky to finda parking spot and can understand why this place would be popular. Read more
I slept on Rico's for well over a decade. I drove by it several times and decided, I'm never stopping there. I finally... decided... I'm going there today and I am so glad I did. Absolutely delicious pizza! My friends and I stopped by to pick up dinner after a couple of hikes. We got to watch some good old... Star Trek while we waited for our pizza. The pizza's came in a sturdy box and was handed over with a warm and kind smile. Thepizza was not too greasy and the dough was delicious! If I ever come back to the area, I'll be sure to eat at Rico's again! Read more
The Owner was very friendly. The decor leaves a lot to be desired - think dive bar, but the pizza was very well done. We... prefer thin crust, crispy, with the ingredients warmed but not over-cooked and that's what was delivered. The crust was not asflavorful as when it's cooked in a more traditional oven where one can get wood flavored, but this is a place out in the middleof nowhere. Still, pizza making is a craft skill and this is a 7 on a 10 scale, but still, a good pizza, that everyone enjoyed. Read more
Let me start by saying I LOVE their food. (Attached are pics of the cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, Caribbean pizza, and... American Meat. They're all delicious! I have only ordered a couple other times before right when they've opened and I haven'thad issues with waiting Yesterday, a Saturday, we decided to order for pickup. We called at 450pm, a guy told us 45 to an hourwait. They didn't ask for our name. I called back to give my name. This time a chick said 20mins. We still went after 45 mins.Show up and stand at the counter FOREVER before someone came to ask my name. They looked, couldn't find it so came to ask myorder. They didn't come back. After another 10-15 or so, they come ask AGAIN what my order was. Then I noticed it seemed theyhadn't started it even though it was well passed an hour. I decided to make some order changes (I wanted to come back again forlunch the next day but decided to just order it now because the wait was insane). Anyway, the order comes and they only give mepart. I tell them the rest of it, they brought 1 more thing. I told them again what else was missing (seriously, how many timesdo you need to repeat and order?!). Got my food after 1.5 hours +. They were too busy to answer other people's calls. Buthonestly, they weren't cranking out that much food. I think their main issue is organization. If they fix this, they'llthrive! I'd still go back, but plan 2 hours ahead next time and urge yall to plan the same. Read more
