I placed an online order thinking it would be a more streamlined experience. Myself, along with a group of other customers wound... up waiting over 20 minutes. People around me were asking if there was a way to cancel. The food was acceptable and they did getthe order right. But shouldn't that be a standard expectation? I like Chipotle food but have discovered a huge flaw in their app and service that upset me so much that I'll never order from... them again unless they fix it. I run a business in Rancho and buy my staff lunch every Friday. We used to order from Chipotleregularly until I got bit by their poor customer service practices. Each order was $80-$100. I used their app to place and payfor orders. Had no issues before the pandemic. Then I placed an order 11/2021 for 8 meals and paid for it on my CC via the app.You have to pay in advance using the app. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and due to supply chain issues,they were missing several key ingredients that really affected all 8 meals. Now I understand supply chain issues. I experiencethem in my business. But Chipotle never communicated any issues via their app or even after the order was placed. I didn't findout until I showed up to pick up my order. I didn't want any of the food at that point since it wasn't made the way I orderedit so I asked for a refund. Guess what? They don't issues refunds for app orders in their restaurants. I would have to emailtheir customer service and request a refund. It was a huge pain in the backside and took a week+. Never again. Here's anotherfact...You can't call their restaurants in advance of ordering via their app to see if they're out of ingredients. When you callthe msg specifically tells you that restaurant employees don't answer the phone. Read more

Food was good and fresh. The manager was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I took off two stars is because... the other workers weren?t very enthusiastic and hospitable; which is two of Chipotle?s 13 characteristics as an employee. Read more

This is by far is the worst Chipotle in area. Today was 4th time they failed to complete my order accurately and food was... disgusting and inedible. I filed a complaint previously due to the rude employees. I won?t visit this location again Read more

I ?? Chipotle. Their food is always consistently delicious no matter which location I visit. I never feel weighed down after... eating Chipotle food. It's fresh, healthy, mexican-style food. The reason why I gave this location such a low rating, is basedon customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. None of the employees engaged in a conversation with the customers. Everysingle table was dirty and none of the employees we're in a hurry to clean the tables. It was off-putting to sit at a dirtytable. One employee did come out and pick up an empty basket from the waste location, but didn't clean any of the tables. I'llstill get my Chipotle Mexican fix, just not from this location. Read more

Never too busy. Friendly staff. Generous portions. Always delicious. Kid friendly food. I adore their salads. This time I got... the veggie (guacamole). With extra salad and not beans and rice, it's a tasty, healthy option. Read more

I should have checked my order because when I got home I was missing something and had to go all the way back.they didn't answer... the phone when I called ahead to tell them and then didn't even try offer any inconvenience coupons. As far as I'm concernedthey should have offered me equal compensation (4 meals) for not being able to sit down with my family and eat, especially onFather's day. Read more
