As much as I do love the pizza from this place, I will not be ordering from here again. You trust someone to be there to make... the food you ordered, especially with a confirmation email of your order being sent with a delivery time. 2.5 hours later youcall the store and find out no one is even there. It's not acceptable, people shouldn't go hungry because of your negligence asa business. If you can't be there, update the hours on your website and don't accept orders that can't be fulfilled. This is our second time to visit this pizza store. The first time we came to the store was on a trip coming back from Vancouver... to Calgary. We stopped by and got some pizza. The pizza was great. So we remembered this store. Last long weekend, the CanadaDay long weekend, we came to the Golden Skybridge. We came to the Red Tomato Pies to get some pizza after spending a few hoursin the Skybridge. This time, what can I say, the quality of the pizza and services was disappointing. We order a halfchicken-bacon and half steak-cheese. When we came back to pick up the pizza, they messed up with our order. The halfsteak-cheese became ALL CHEESE. The owner apologized for the mistake and refund us the difference between the half all-cheeseand the steak-cheese. To be honest, this is not the right way to do the business. In the pizza store we make orders all thetime, they DID NOT CHARGE anything if they made the wrong order. That store is in Calgary, and they made the best quality pizzaI ever ate. When we ate the pizza in the car, we found that the all-cheese was cold and surface of the cheese was not as soft asthe cheese as chicken-bacon. I guess they just served us with some left over. The half of all-cheese was not as fresh as thechicken-bacon. COME ON. This is absolutely not acceptable. The two half pizzas were not the same size. A horrible experience tothis pizza store. I will never come to this store again. If I can choose zero number of stars for the rating of the store, Iwill do that. I will not recommend this store to my friends anymore. Read more
The guy working at 11pm was literally the kindest human on the planet. Literally made the best pizza in the world and didn?t... care if other customers were shouting orders behind me while I cashed out - he politely asked them to wait their turn. Night andday compared to other places in Golden. Read more
Great take-out pizza place in Golden. Wide selection of pizzas as well as build-your-own options. Wife had the gluten free crust... which was phenomenal, I couldn't tell the difference from my regular crust. Very reasonable wait time to make the pizzas. Andvery reasonable pricing. Will definitely visit again on our way through. Read more
This place is amazing! If you?re vegetarian they have a ton of options (definitely try their plant based sausage). If you?re... into plenty of toppings, the Godfather pizza is the way to go! Read more
Amazing meal after a day of snowboarding. The pies are hearty, and the crust was perfectly crusty. Delicious all around. I took... one of the staff member?s recommendations and got the Chicken King. Would definitely recommend! Read more
One of the best pizzas I have ever had in Canada. Amazing pizza with a ton of different varieties of pizza. The pizzas are... unique and at a really reasonable price. Been here twice now and it's usually very very busy, any amount of wait time is wellworth the wait to get to try this pizza. A definite must try!!! Read more
