I just ordered a chicken spinach calzone tonight and it was undercooked. I had got home and the dough was still white and I... asked the lady if I could have some marinara sauce with it and they were completely out. I love their pizza but their delivery is horribly inconsistent, delivering either late or early. Tonight they didn?t even bring... it to the correct house. When I called they said they tried to deliver but there was no door answer? called, no answer? I have adoorbell camera, they never came to my house and they never called. When they said they would redeliver I asked if it would behot. It was, but it was also burnt. It looked like they had just reheated my original order after an over 30 minute delay. Been using Anthony's for awhile since moving to Golden. Staff normally 5 stars just like the food. But occasionally 3.5 - 4... stars due to the food not done as stated, or it's done earlier than expected with it being not hot enough for a short drive. Read more
The pizza here is really good. However I have noticed lately they regularly close the restaurant hours early and mostly with no... notice or reason. No other restaurants in the area do this so it has nothing to do with personnel it?s basically just planning.Keeping to a restaurants posted hours is basic good business. Read more
Ooohh my God...so delicious reminds me if being kid in New York. I ordered 5 things not a complaint on one thing. Sauce is... incredible. I recommend a cheese Calpine. Out of this world and customer service. Read more
As a visiting Chicagoan we have high expectations for pizza. This place did not disappoint. The slices were huge and hit the... spot. The slices are NY style so the crust is thin. My only complaint is the amount of grease that was pooled on top weakenedthe crust. They accepted our golden ticket which made this place a great deal. The wonderful person at the counter was veryfriendly and inviting. Great stop! Read more
Enjoyed eating dinner at Anthony?s with my (adult) grandkids. Good salads, my granddaughters enjoyed their gluten and dairy free... pizza. My grandson decided on a large pepperoni, bacon, and green pepper pizza which was delicious. Be warned when they saylarge they aren?t kidding! Giant is more like it. Plenty of leftovers!
