I am a patron of this establishment because their food is very good and it is close to my house. But I am giving them three... stars because their customer service is really subpar. I can cite numerous examples of how I am often treated at this restaurantbut I'm just going to give one because it's pretty indicative of the mentality of the people working there. One time I came inmid-morning for a bagel with cream cheese. And even though I was the only person in the restaurant I waited more than 12 minutesfor it. The reason was they were finishing a catering order and they wanted to get that done first before they got to my bagel.The person who was picking up the catering order wasn't there, but they insisted on finishing it before they got to my bagel. Aconscientious person would have just slipped my bagel in and got me on my way but that's not the mentality of the people workingat this restaurant. They do have good food though. Read more
I love the bagel breakfast sandwiches here. Decided to try a cater pickup order for bagel and cream cheese for the office and it... was outstanding! Came in a nice serving box, bagels were sliced, cream cheese was perfect amount, plates knives and napkinsincluded! Will do that again especially because staff commented on how good the bagels were. Visiting Colorado and decided to take a quick lunch by myself. Bagels were amazing, and staff was even better. I haven?t felt... this welcome in a place in a long time. A guy who I expected was the owner was walking around and handing out bagels and hispositive attitude was very contagious. If I ever come back to Colorado I will definitely be paying them another visit!! Read more
I've found the perfect coffee and lunch spot in Golden. The staff are always so awesomely friendly. The coffee's are down right... addicting and perfect every morning. The bagel breakfast choices can keep you happy with something new and extra yummy everymorning of the week. Lunch, there truly isn't any way you can go wrong with what you pick. I especially LOVE the salads. Theyare the best deal and salad I've found in Denver. Not just a box of lettuce, but tomatoes, cucumbers, radish's mushrooms and SOmuch more. This is a really cute place. It had a line out the door and we understood why immediately. It had wide selection of... bagels/spreads, preset choices (breakfast sandwiches, etc), and great customizations. All customers of all tastes would be happyhere. We've eaten in store before and everything was great. However we ordered for pick up for the first time this evening and it... ruined our faith in this place. Ordered a four corners bagel and the picture is what we received. They said they would issue arefund but couldn't until tomorrow. Guess we will see, either way - super disappointing. Read more
We've been ordering from here monthly-ish for the past three years and have never been disappointed. Great pizza / bagel /... sandwich options across the board, and the smoothies are fire. The secret is out, so getting food in person can often take awhile on weekends, but we've switched to ordering ahead and the orders are always ready on time. I'm only now writing a review,though, because of our experience today: we got our usual weekend order of several bagels and smoothies, and my 2-year-old and Iwent to pick it up. As it happens with a tot, we spilled a smoothie all over the patio outside as we were leaving. I went backin simply to ask for a rag to clean it up. Instead, they insisted that they clean it up, AND they gave us a fresh smoothie at noadditional cost. We were already loyal to this place before, but we'll be REALLY loyal to it now.
