We sat at the bar for Happy Hour and drinks tonight. They were very busy but Ashley, the bartender, took great care of us! The... drinks were amazing, the happy hour food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long for service. Ashley was spot on inrefilling our water and getting drinks to us in a very timely manner! We met the FOH mgr Jason. He was very nice, also. We willcertainly be returning for dinner/drinks in the future! Read more
Went during Happy Hour but it applies to patio dining only??? Our server, Erin, was gracious, attentive and helpful. We tipped... appropriately. Portions are slightly below average for the price but food is good. Drink menu is impressive but you do pay. Please mention any special occasion and the restaurant does acknowledge it. Read more
We have been going to Chart Houses for over 30 years especially back when there was an Aspen location so we love the classics.... Last night, the restaurant was packed and our service was painfully slow. Our server was trying his hardest but we could see andhear he was late at every table - for example it took 10 minutes for anyone to show at our table after the hostess sat us, theserver took our drink order and it was another 15 minutes before he came back. Worst of all, my main was very over cooked inevery way: shrimp was almost inedible it was so rubbery and the pasta was falling apart even before my fork touched it. It wastoo difficult to get a server’s attention to let them know, let alone ours, without making a scene by walking my plate to themanager myself. We still love The Chart House but would highly recommend asking how overseated or under staffed they are thatnight before spending quality time and money there. Read more
They’ve managed to keep great staff at this restaurant despite a tough working climate. Even our 16 year old hostess was... genuine in her greeting and getting us settled. The food is delicious. Well priced for the portions of higher end cuisine andyou get a great view overlooking the city. Great for a date night or even a business lunch. Read more

Haven’t been to the chart house for years. They did not disappoint! From the friendly and attentive hostess, our wonderful... server, and our wine expert, the experience was over the top! We had an excellent time, I appreciate, the welcoming hostess, in my opinion that is who set the tone for the restaurant. She... was delightful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our waitress Erin, gave us a great overview on the menu and specials forThanksgiving. We ordered a bottle of wine, and Erin maintained a light conversation. We ordered an appetizer a mushroomsbrucheta yummy. Then, we had salads a Cesar for me with the most generous pieces of cheese, my husband had the Kale withbutternut squash. In the pic you will see a tiny bit--he devour it, said that it was scrumptious salad...got that picture inthe nick of time! The entrées I had the Chilean Bass, And hubby had the Mahi. For dessert, I know your thinking that was alot of food, agree. About 70% of my entrée is waiting in the refrigerator to be my dinner tonight. Desserts: I had the Muddcake obscenely delicious, and hubby had the pecan pie. Everything was great. Lastly, Erin was a great salesperson and we didparticipate in the rewards membership. What an amazing place. Was visiting the area and searched for best seafood and Chart House definitely delivered. The atmosphere... is great, staff (Alysha was our server) are amazing. Very courteous and helpful with suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed thelettuce wraps, fish tacos, torched fig salad, and of course the lava cake. Be sure to stop by, you will not be disappointed.
