The sign said they close at 5. Their doors were locked at 4 with employees standing behind the counter on their phones.
This location is HORRIBLE, I ordered online and paid $50 for 5 drinks. I still waited over 30 minutes when I got there to pick... up my drinks. The "general manager" does a whole lot of nothing, he just walks around and then has the nerve to get snippy withme because I wasn't happy. What a joke. Do not go here, safe your money and time. I come in every so often and have been for a few years. Walking in to Jamba and having Nate remember my order, to the T, is the... highlight of my day. I will always come back for fantastic service and great smoothies! :) 5 stars forsure! Read more
Need help. The one employee that was working was very nice however I had to leave after waiting about 20 minutes to get back to... work. So I paid and left with nothing. Guess that?s my fault don?t go off how many people are in the store. You can be the onlyone and the one employee is working on a huge mobile order when I left it was because after waiting 20 min and then to find outthat there is still 5 more smoothies to make before yours. Clean and helpful staff but it took quite awhile to receive my order. Not for people in a hurry.
After paying and waiting near 30 mins for a acai bowl and a nut butter bowl; I was told there was no fresh fruit for the topping... and given my order and the look from the employee was just to accept my incomplete order. Both bowls were soupy/liquids and nota typical dense acai bowl consistency, and could have been eaten thru a straw. With quality like that I will not be going back. Read more
