My experience going through drive thru was not pleasant i had to wait in line and at the speaker to place my order for almost an... 1 1/2 hour seems like to just order my food pay for my food and get my food. If there was a staff shortage then why stay open. Idon't think i will be going back to this location again I will go to a different location. Read more

Went thru the drive thru twice today first time went through everyone was friendly and nice got everything just to see that the... fries had obviously sat for some time and then discovered that our plain chicken sandwich was burnt and our cheeseburgers werenot plain which I made clear twice. I then I proceeded thru the drive through for the second time got to the first window andthe gal there already knew what was messed up and told me to proceed to the second window. When I got up to the second windowand talked to the young guy there he said to go ahead and come in. I pulled to the front of the restraunt and went it just tonot have anyone say anything to me for a few min then the "MANAGER" put the food in a bag and plopped it in front of me with nonew fries. To top it all off we got home to find the chicken sandwich not plain. Mcdonalds Do better. Needless to say I won'treturn to this mcdonalds again!! Read more

Today September 7 2022. I went thru the drive thru I was 3rd in the queue in lane 2. It took 20 min. to get to the speaker to... order. I sat at that spot for more than 6 orders taken in lane 1. I tried to get someone's attention. I went around andparked,went inside to order and was totally ignored. In my opinion this is not acceptable customer service. I gave my card at the first window to pay and when I got to the second window they said I hadn't paid. The guy at the first... window hardly spoke above a whisper, and never asked what I had ordered. Long story short, I got charged for two orders. I hadto go back the next day and the Manager refunded the incorrect charge. I appreciate them making it right, but I don't usuallyhave the ability to stop by the next day. It was definitely an inconvenience. The food was really good the first day, but I wasafraid to be double charged again so I ate somewhere else. Read more

this and many many more pieces were inside 2 of my frappuccinos I ordered this morning. explains why my throat hurts. I took the... drink back and kept removing pieces out of my drink with the straw to show the manager something was wrong. all she said was I'msorry these drinks are premade in the machine would you like a refund or another frappuccino? I said you're going to make meanother drink from the machine that is broken before even inspecting it??? I said I'm never coming back. you're in the foodindustry. if I had someone come tell me that I'd be tearing that machine down right away or atleast cancel them from the menuuntil the issue is resolved. 0/10 stars edit: more pics Read more
