New owners. They don't honor $5 Friday instead they want $6. Also say they honor 15% military discount but in the 3 trips... recently that we made they did not. Also much less toppings than other locations, so I recommend other stores until they realizehow things work. Read more

This location is under new management, the owner Andrea, from the Evergreen location bought it and is working very hard to make... it better. I personally never went to this location in Golden prior to her buying it because the reviews were so horrible. Butonce we heard it was under new management we decided to try it and met Andrea, that?s how we found out she also owns thelocation Evergreen where we?ve been to many times. I never had a bad experience there, her employees are always friendly. Wewent to the Golden location for the 2nd time tonight at 8:40 but was told they stop making pizzas 30 mins before closing, Ithought that was pretty weird so I will confirm with Andrea if this is true or if that kid was trying to get out of there early.That kind of peeved me. disgusting. employees would claim the phones are not working, yet they would be ringing when i would arrive. i?m not sure if... she?s still there, but there was a young lady that would wear completely inappropriate clothing. owner is weird with the youngemployees and is fat; would rather spend time with teenagers than get his injuries taken care of. also pretty sure i?ve seenalcohol in the fridge in the back. not doing the golden community any good by staying open. This place is absolutely disgusting. Ingredients are tossed all over the place, including mixed together. Their gloves were... filthy. I regretted ordering as soon as I walked in, but unfortunately had already paid online. I made the pizza and it lookedtoo nasty to eat. There was sooo much cheese that it looked like a cheese soup. I completely wasted money now need to finddinner. Someone should report this place to the county. I've never actually seen a restaurant in which food is handled in sucha dirty manner. Read more

We have been going to this location for several years and not sure what is going on. They used to have great customer service... and quality pizza but the last year both have been horrible!! A few months back we ordered an family size thin crust and itcame with a very small amount of toppings. I told them that it looked like they took a large pizza amount of toppings and put iton a family size. They said yep that is exactly how we make them. When I asked for a refund they seemed shocked that I did notwant that skimpy pizza. Very rude and unprofessional. Also not sure what the heck they are using for crust these days but thelast 2 times there was no way that the crust would get crispy. Last night we ended up with burnt toppings and a soggy crust. Love Papa Murphy?s but this location is very poorly run. 3 male employees making all the pies, all of them had long hair and... none of them wearing hats.
