Terribly run. We came in 2x a while ago, right after they changed brands from Dickies, and they seemed decent. The ambiance is... great and the artwork and such is really cool. But? Today was the opposite. We showed up less than 25 minutes after theyopened and they were already sold out of lamb, pork ribs, & Bison Ribs. They tried to short us a drink, and shorted us acornbread muffin. But after taking a bite of the muffin we did receive, we didn?t want the 2nd one. My family ordered $100 worthof food and the portions were tiny, like kid?s meal portions. My 2 boys And I will have to eat when we get home. The sausageswere so over-cooked they could?ve been used on week long hikes for jerky. The fatty brisket was decent but not a lot of Smokeyflavor, the ?lean? brisket was over cooked and came out all ?burnt ends?, if I wanted burnt ends I would?ve ordered them. Theturkey was dry and cold. The pulled pork was passable, but old, hard and crusty. The potato salad isn?t? It?s nasty and no oneat the table would take more than a bite. The sweet potatos didn?t have near enough of the mythical pecan butter, but was atleast baked correctly. The beans are out of a can. The mason jars are cute but too small. if you are thirsty you will get tospend most of your time waiting for refills. To top it all off, the to-go cups have lids that do NOT fit and all of my sodaended up in my lap. Whoever is in charge of this place today doesn?t have any idea what they are doing. Which is frustrating, because it?s the polar opposite when the owners are present. Read more

Bison ribs, pork ribs, lamb, and the venison sausage were all excellent! Sides were delicious and fresh. House-made chips are... also excellent. My fiancé and I love trying new BBQ places and this has made it into our top three. Read more

One of my favorite spots to go to on the West side of Denver. Their Venison Sausage something you don't see at many BBQ places... and of course the Buffalo ribs are amazing. I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed Read more

We ordered a smoked turkey for thanksgiving. It was amazing! They had a cranberry bbq sauce that went with it that was SO... good! They even made some turkey breast without garlic so my dad could eat it (garlic allergy)! Great people and greatservice! We?ll be back next year! Read more

Amazing 'Que right here, 100% worth it. It was juicy, flavorful and great! The Coleslaw was Cilantro Lime, flavorful and fresh!... The beer is a bit bitter, but it is smoked and pairs well with the 'Que. I will have to be back to try the other stuff soon! Read more

The Buffalo Ribs were perfect as was Lean Brisket. This is one of my top 5 BBQ restaurants in Colorado and was surprisingly not... crowded. Great views, lot of parking, cool inside and perfect BBQ makes this a must try place. Read more

Went during the whole Covid19 deal. Service was excellent and the server was very nice. They had tables set up and I was able to... eat outside. I ordered the 3 meat deal and had Turkey, lean brisket and pulled lamb. I also had a side of collards. I will startwith the pulled lamb. It was a bit fatty ( pretty much expected that and that's why I ordered the brisket lean ). The lambtasted very good and was very juicy. The turkey was good as well. The smoky flavor was good. The lean brisket was excellent. Itwasn't too dry even being lean. The collards were also excellent tasting. Didn't have much greens in the little container ( lotsof liquid ). Looks like they were working on the inside during this time but it looked clean overall. It was a little priceyonce you add in a canned drink. Read more
