The food is OK, I guess, but good luck dealing with them. Their online ordering system was designed by a 4 month old golden... retriever puppy, they don't answer their phone. We?ve had this restaurant twice before and everything was okay. This time we were beyond disappointed. First, I got the Italian... salad?there was maybe one slice of salami on it and three small pieces of pepperoni. I asked for two dressings?received one. AndI said no tomatoes, yet there were tomatoes. Second, I ordered provolone, but got American on my tuna sub. Too many mistakes forthe price paid. No plans to return based on this experience. Only 6 customers total in the store and it took 20 minutes for our order, and somehow the food still looked and tasted rushed. ... But the big issue i have with this place is cleanliness... I understand things get busy, but I personally watched two employeeshandle cash and credit cards then go back to making sandwiches IN THE SAME GLOVES.... not just once... but they literally neverchanged gloves after 4 different orders. Good sandwiches , but the manager did not seem happy that we came in at 1:15 pm. He said he had a busy lunch so I guess that's... why he was lacking customer service skills. The employee making sandwiches with long hair was super cool and smiling. Read more
I had the pastrami/corned beef. Best sandwich I've ever had.
We were looking for a place to stop for a quick bite. Snarfs is a little hidden, but a good sandwich joint. We both ordered the... French dip sandwich. The sandwich was good and hot. It's a little pricey, but I am sure most restaurants in Golden are notcheap. Read more
This is my "go-to" when ordering catered lunches. Always excellent service...staff always like the sandwiches.
