This Taco Bell has consistently gotten worse over the past few years. Tonight when I placed a mobile order shortly before 8pm... (store closes at midnight), I arrived at the store to pick up my order, where three employees told me they would not make it andto leave because they wanted to close early. The manager identified himself and said he did not care about making my foodbecause he was in his last 3 days of employment and told me to just complain to corporate. The employees were more professionalthan the manager, but they had no desire to work either. Avoid this store and go to the other ones around. Read more
I would seriously love to talk to whoever runs this Taco Bell. I stopped for lunch and the drive thru was closed for no reason.... I went inside and ordered, and waited about 25 minutes for my food. Problem was, no other customers were in there, and I watchedthree employees stand to chat while only one other employee was making food. What the hell? Then I sat and watched my food sitfor at least 5 minutes while I waited on fries. Don?t come to this location. Read more
Everything with our drive through experience was fine, but food was missing when we got home, and they wouldn't answer our phone... calls to the listed number for this location. Screwed up my order, again. Asked for 2 burritos with "just bean, cheese and sour cream". Simple, right. Red sauce is all Over... both. Taco bell red sauce is vile. Thanks for putting it on every thing you serve. I wasted another lunch hour. I think I'm donewith the bell for good now. Read more
We needed fast food, the food was fast and good! Bathrooms were clean and the establishment was clean.
Charging me extra for something I didnt even get. If you arent going to put chicken in it and give me fake beef, then dont... charge me for the chicken I never got. Simple as that. Forgetting the cheese sauce, that's a mistake. Putting on a ticketchicken, charging for chicken, but putting fake beef and doing it two more times, that's incompetent. Read more
I love this place. They never mess up my order and are always greeting me with a smile and amazing customer service! I do... believe I come here more often just because their food is better then other Taco Bell?s and because it?s a pleasure to gothrough their drive thru. Keep it up all of you! Let's be honest. No one wants to go to Taco Bell. It is simply a transaction of convenience. This location has largely closed... their lobby and services, and may take your order without ever filling it. The pandemic is largely over, but they remainunderstaffed, unclean, and quite rude. The good news is, you won't get sick. There are so many great restaurants in Golden,I'd suggest you skip. 1/10, do not recommend. Read more
