Great pizza place in Golden Colorado. Pizza very good (although the wood fire chicken I had on the pizza was fairly bland). My... wife had the French dip which was excellent. My adult children, my wife and I visited this pizza restaurant last night and really enjoyed our dining experience. One of our... sons had been here many times, but it was everyone else's first time here. The outside of the restaurant was nicely decorated,we had to wait one full hour before we were seated! (6:30-7:30pm wait), the place was packed with people, our server wasfriendly, efficient and fast, the menu had a wide variety of choices, our large pizzas were fantastic! (they provide honey toput on your pizza crusts), the men's restroom was very small and decently clean, and they were cool about us having a fun familydinner together for 2 hours without making us feel we needed to leave. In a word WOW. Echoing a good many of the posts. Only place in Golden on a wait. We know because we had a chance to walk the... city prior to our table being ready. Was expecting normal pizza buffet fare but Woodys far exceeded my high expectations. Anytype of pizza you could imagine was on buffet. The pizza chefs even took requests. I tried pizza types I would've never ordered.They were all excellent both in cook and use of fresh toppings/sauces. The salad bar had just the right amount of fixings alongwith homemade croutons. Didnt care for the soup of the night but that was a personal preference (potato cheese). Even thoughthere was lag time in available pizza at times the music and atmosphere made up for it. It was also good to see patrons heedingthe 2-3 slice at a time rule. Our server was excellent. Oh try the honey on crust. Not for everyone but i enjoyed it. Pizza was delicious, the tea was delicious and the service was on point! We went on a Friday for lunch and didn't have to wait... to be seated. Buffet is always best so that's what we got. They had all the makings for a delicious salad as well. I had to geta tea to go since I enjoyed it so much! Read more

Absolutely terrific pizza. Google didn't let us down on this one. The service was amazing from the moment we walked into the... door until we left. The menu was a little intimidating, but seemed pretty safe with any way we went (and it was). The price wasreally reasonable. Read more
Visiting from Maine and this is by far the best meal we have had all week. We had the parmesan garlic knots for an appetizer... with the house Golden backpack pizza and Mo's Popper pizza. Simply amazing food, service was great and above all an amazingatmosphere. All around, recommend to anyone visiting the area. If we ever come back to Colorado, we will surely make anotherstop here.
