This location is the closest to my office, so I visit it constantly. it's frustrating that koak is so rude. he's always in the... drive thru and apparently he's the manager, which is disappointing. I don't know if it's because of my accent, feels like racismtowards me. I think his attitude is not appropriate at all. I talked to him and he didn't even apologize, he just told me ok,ok... it's too bad that this big coffee company allow this type of treatment for any kind of clients. Read more
I don't like to leave low reviews, however, I know the potential and expectations of a Caribou. The good: Quality of coffee and... food is very good. Space to work is good. Convenient and good overall atmosphere. Not good: Baristas are not up to expectedfriendliness of other Caribous. The shop is very unkempt. (I've been here several times and it is the same): Trash on floor,coffee poured on trash and condiment bar, full trash, pallet of boxes always right in front, bathrooms full of toilet paper andtowels all over floor and plugged. (I know this shop in particular has had difficulty getting staff the last couple years, soI'm sure that is contributing) I will come here again, but I know they can, and should, do better. Read more
Sadly, my experiences in the last month at this Caribou have not been what I have come to expect from this brand name. I work... five minutes away from this store and I buy at least three coffees per week on my way to work. I can safely say I am a regularclient. I am regularly served by Noah. Noah is the reason for my review. My orders are regularly incorrect, and I am treatednoticeably different after I provide my perks number. It makes me feel unwelcome at this store and I am severely disappointed inthe service there. So much so that I will not be returning despite the convenience of the location to my work. Hopefully,Caribou isn't reflected by Noah but so far, I have no reason to believe otherwise. Read more
I?ve given this Caribou chances time and time and time again? idk why maybe I think they will get better maybe learn the drinks... they are making?. There sparkling teas are not sparkling ? time and time again I asked for my drink to be mixed(if not thesyrup settles and I take two sips and the flavors gone). So after my first drink was wrong , I asked for my drink to be remadewith a bottled of sparkling water(thinking it would be better) lol nope and I had to pay 2$ for the water(which would be fine ifthe drink was drinkable). I ended up paying 8$ for two drinks that weren?t even drinkable.. Called back and got a free drink ohgeez ! Can?t wait to be disappointed again Read more
Staple joint. Would be nice if they listed what sorta bread the breakfast sandwiches come with. I might be just now fully awake... to make that call or read about it and end up having whatever they give me but I prefer soft breads and if there was an optionI'd take it. Overall I like this location and tend to stop in every Sunday after a morning workout. Drive-thru is generally pretty quick. My... only issue is that I seem to be getting coffee in non-coffee drinks like chai lattes and hot chocolates. I?m not sure if it?sdue to new staff being less familiar with the menu, cleaning issues, etc. but it has been a bit frustrating since I?m not acoffee drinker. May just stick to fruit drinks here moving forward since this has happened at least 3 or 4 times. Read more
Every morning I go through their drive-in, I ask for two large black light roasts. This location has screwed that order up for... the last two times, including today, they've put a ton of milk in the black coffee order. Something or somebody has changed atthat location, they've messed up my last two orders. Not going there again for a long time, hopefully they'll sort out theirincompetence. Read more
I frequently order through the app, and the app gives you an option of drive-thru or walk-in. I always select walk-in because I... don't have time to sit in a line of cars 20 deep. Today, I went to walk in and the lobby was closed despite it being an optionin the app. And this happens more often than not, which is incredibly frustrating. I understand being understaffed, but if youare, then somebody needs to update the choices in the app to just drive through or turn off online/app ordering all together. IfI had known that drive-thru was my only option, I simply wouldn't have ordered from this caribou and saved myself an extra 10 to15 minutes. I asked the shift lead if she would ask her manager to fix it in the app, and she basically told me sorry and itwasn't her problem. Somebody please work on this. Read more
