Horrible. I felt sick after eating the Filet-o-fish and Chicken McNuggets. Cashier was rude. I ordered through the app expecting... the order to come to my table as stated on the app. She called out mobile order in a to go bag when I ordered dine in but didn?teven say what order number until I walked up to the counter. I said I have an order number. Cashier said ?I called out mobileorder?. She didn?t know what I ordered. I told her what I order she then makes my order. This location used to be good, but thr weekend crew were awful. They got our order completely wrong, and when we tried to... rectify the situation, no one spoke English, so we just left. Pretty aggrevating when the person on drive through speaks 0English. Read more
They?re never open after 10PM, even they say their hours are until 11. Sometimes they won?t even take your order at the... drive-through. Also have had weird experiences in the parking lot that were really shady. I would recommend going to any otherone but this one. Read more
This location is probably the best Mcdonald's I've been to. They consistently serve hot and fresh food and I would highly... recommend. The Manager also provided excellent service. A+. Read more
Ordered on the app in the parking lot before 10:30 AM and paid on line. A nice $9 breakfast order. When I announced my mobile... order number they said breakfast is done! I told them I already paid on my app. They deleted the order. Very disappointingMcDonalds! Read more
RUDE EMPLOYEES! Everytime I come to this McDonald?s, they have an attitude as soon as they see you. My boyfriend ordered a... Carmel frappe and they put sour cream on top where the Carmel is. And when brought back up to them , no one wanted to say whomade it or anything. Food is horrible and fries never hot. The customer service they give out ain?t even worth a one star. Ihope they know that this is a job and there life and they need to follow company guidelines to make sure they are providing thebest service but THEY FAIL EVERYTIME! Staff is extremely rude. I have been in the service industry most of my adult life and usually give people the benefit of the... doubt, but this staff is just rude. I tried to give my code at the drive through from the app and the person kept saying thatthere were no coupons so it didn't matter. I realize there were none and just wanted to earn the points but she insisted itdidn't matter. I'm not sure if it was a communication gap issue or what. I did not get the points for that order so I am nothappy about it. I then ordered a shake and instead of saying they were out she rang up at strawberry smoothie. When i said thatis not what I ordered, the guy at the window then said "we don't have shakes." So I asked for a refund. Him and the manager werenot nice and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand fast food can be hard but there is no reason forinteractions with 3 employees being that negative.
