Ate here after I had to come to Goldendale for a medical procedure. I was super hungry and I was looking forward to a delicious... breakfast of corned beef hash and eggs. The eggs were perfect and so was the English muffin, So I was excited to try the hash. Itook a few bites and quickly realized that the salt was overpowering! My husband got the same thing and he said his was wayoversalted as well. I said to the server(who I think was the owner) that it tasted like somebody dropped the salt shaker in thehash, he said, "that's a very popular dish, and many people order it." I said that they need to back up on the salt, and he justsaid that it was served that way all the time. He told me to order it without salt next time. NEXT TIME? We won't be back! Healso had the audacity to ask if we wanted a to go box for something that we couldn't eat in the first place! Read more

3.5 stars. Place is cute, well decorated good American fare menu, food looked great - many people eating in restaurant. (me and... wife didn?t have time to eat) staff were super nice. Pastries (eaten)were mediocre in terms of quality and size, and coffee wasutter garbage and lesser than gas station quality. I would go back to try food but skip on the rest. Read more

An absolutely charming environment. Some of the best french toast I have ever had! And a damn good latte. Historical photography... is a decorative choice and whoever made the call is genius. I love a good vintage black and white picture, it tells a story andI want to know that story!! I also spotted someone's pet paintings, they were beautiful fur babies ?? this Cafe is a perfectexample of "small town wholesomeness" I hope you get to see it the way I did ???? Read more
