If you use the drive through something is always missing. Always. Then you have to stop park get out go in, etc. Save yourself... the frustration and just go in. Be sure to double check everything please you leave. Read more

Every visit I have made here, I've only had great experiences. I watched the manager give instructions to an employee and the... employee was young and was trying to get out of doing the work that was asked of them. I watched the manager handle thesituation perfectly. So I can attest that the management is superb. Read more
I have now been at this location in Goldendale 3 times now and every time the employees are obviously not happy to be there. We... have visited every shift. No smiles, no joy and no "Have a great day" . Felt like I was in the way while ordering. The otherevening we went in for soft serve and a hot fudge Sunday. It was a rather slow night apparently and the staff couldn't havebeen less enthusiastic to see us. They were polite but obviously not happy. Today, my small fries were cold and greasy and theservice while polite was not cheerful or really even friendly. The staff seems really quiet and unhappy. Also, the onlylocation with a plug-in is in the front with my back to the public and I needed to do some work-related stuff while on the road.
