I can't give Papa John's 5 stars for 2 reasons... 1) their customer service is lacking a great deal. 2) I've had plenty of... mistakes made on my pizzas but it's not usually until I get it home that I realize this. Papa John's is what I call "fast foodpizza", it's not high end, it's a cheap alternative to good pizza. If you're looking to feed a group it is a good option. Read more
Order is mess up. No onions in one of the papadia, plus it has cheese on the crust when we didn't want cheese crusted papadia.... Called and the night manager gave a guaranteed order for the future. Read more
Not a big fan of Papa John's but I do have to say that this definitely the best one that I have been to. The cashier was very... friendly and my order came out in good time. I will eat here again if in the area. Read more
A very disappointing experience! While ordering I requested both white and red sauce on the pizza and they out right refused and... had an irritated demeanor. I'm assuming they just didn't want to wash an extra utensil. If you have never tried pizza with bothyou have been missing out. Since learning of many pizzaria's secret sauce/ aka pink sauce which is just mixing a red and a whitesauce from a friend who worked at a Papa Murphy's, I have been ordering pizzas that way ever since. I always ask that someone draw something on my box. Today I asked for a unicorn. Usually, my odd requests are ignored. But... today, my request was for a unicorn. I recieved the cutest Teddy Bear Unicorn on my box. I truly appreciate this small act ofkindness during this time of uncertainty. Usually I like Papa Johns but ordered a $30+ delivery from Goldendale PJs recently. I opened the pizza and the crust was over... raised on about half the pizza and it looked like half the normal amount of ingredients. Since I'm new to this PJs, I took a picof the disappointing mess, ate some of the good part and called them. I was informed that if you eat some they don't compensateyou. I was told that the manager would call me back the next day, that never happened. It's okay PJ, I don't need to spend $30 amonth on your pizza! And never will again!! You just proved that the commercial about BIG PIZZA's lousy customer service istrue!! And you lost a regular customer. Read more
