Subway is one of the places you can get something anytime you are hungry. Had many mornings and nights subs here.
I come here BEFORE I get my groceries. Otherwise I will buy the whole store. lol
Very friendly staff. However, it seems this Subway's portion(ex. Spicy Italian) is little less than others.
Today I placed an order online. I was supposed to pick up 2 sandwiches for lunch. However, when I arrived (like 2 minutes... earlier because I was working close to the restaurant) the food was not ready. I got a little upset because I placed an orderonline due to my schedule, I didn?t have time to waste, I just wanted to just pick up the food but I put that on the side and Iwas ok with it. The real issue was Rosa?s attitude, when I first arrived she didn?t say good morning or hi, she lookedoverwhelmed because she was by herself, she said that she didn?t had time to have the food ready but she said it in a reallynasty attitude and I said ok, she started preparing the food but she was doing it like she didn?t want to do it and she wasphysically just throwing all the ingredients like she was preparing food for animals. After I saw that, I felt really bad andreally sad because that was my breakfast & lunch and it was not nice what she did. I said that I didn?t want to bother heranymore, just wanted to cancel the order but she couldn?t cancel it. Didn?t receive my food and the money was taking out from myaccount. I used to work at a restaurant similar to subway and I was by myself sometimes. Thankfully they trained me really welland online orders were priority as well to me. I never disappointed a customer so If I did it she and everyone can do it. Thereis no excuse. I felt humiliated and ignored. I am really really disappointed and I don?t know why you guys have people like thatin your facilities. I won?t go back because I do not want to experience anything similar again. Thank you. ???????? We have been going here on my breaks from work and I 0 complaints about the food or the people. I watch them sometimes during... the busy hours and can?t not admire how good they operate under pressure. Read more
James was RUDE This young man has not had any customer service training. I wanted an Italian sub sandwich. I was told I had to... ask for it properly from the menu. So I asked for a Spicy Italian sandwich. He said I had to choose what to put on it becausethat was an old menu item. What? I pointed out the lettuce was brown and needed to be refreshed. James told me that is theway Subway sends it and I was being grouchy! Really, this obnoxious person should not be working in a customer service role. Worse subway I've ever been to. The staff was so incredible rude. I didn't even get to finish my order before becoming so upset... at their behavior I left. I won't be back and I highly suggest going else where. Read more
