Normally I like Arbys. Thursday stopped to get the cheese steak sub a greek gyro and the mac and cheese. The sub was nothing... but mush. Gross inedible. My gyro was good and normally my mac and cheese is good to but they gave it to not cooked all theway. The cheese sauce was in curds the container cold the noodles hard. Can't say I will be back. Usually I like this Arby?s but earlier today I was sitting here in the drive thru line for twenty five minutes and was still... three cars away from ordering! Totally unacceptable Arby's! The sad part is that I have used my entire lunch period and couldnot leave as a woman in the parking lot sandwiched me in on the left side, because the line of cars was blocking the exit/entrance . The issue was that the workers were taking around three or four minutes to take each car?s order and the line wasbacked up on both sides of the entrance/ exit. When I finally got to order, most of the things I wanted were out of stock. Iunderstand shortages, but not the parking lot parking jam. There was no reason for it. Granted, many businesses have changed their operational hours and services doing the Covid period, but there is no reason... customers should be adversely affected or informed of new hours, closings, and procedures.Every professional courtesy must betaken to accommodate customers.Some ARBY'S personnel have no professional business sense about how to accommodate customers egstore # 74. This has to be the absolute worse fast food service in NC. I love Arbys and it used to be great but since the pandemic the... dining room is hit or miss being open. It's really frustrating because their website shows the dining room is open. Then whenyou go there, it's closed. It's not located in a very easy place to get to so we don't like driving in that area unless we needto, so it makes it frustrating when it's advertised as being open but closed. all other fast food restaurant's dining areas areopen in Goldsboro but Arbys. I'd like to know why they can't open but all others can. I would venture to say either poormanagement, not competitive in pay or both. Whatever the reason it's just aggravating. Ordered through door dash. Didn't get our beverages, I ordered extra Arby's sauce and extra horsey sauce and so did my son. No... drinks AND no horsey sauce. When I called I asked for a manager and whoever I spoke to , didn't seem to care. I asked the doordash driver who said they handed him the bag and told him that was it. Wasn't there so I can't place fault there but 2 peopleorder extra sauce and there is none show the lack of care or intelligence of their workers. Read more
Great service and very friendly. There was a crew member cleaning up in the dining area like every 5 minutes. Food came out hot... and fast. And they don't cheat you out of the roast beef lol. Watched ESPN while I ate and relaxed for lunch. Read more
Ive been in several Arbys and they were all 4-5 star. This Arbys in Goldsboro is the nastiest Arbys I've ever seen. There was no... napkins, no lids for the combo drink, and no sweet tea. The floors have straw wrappers, napkins, onion rings and dirteverywhere.The can't get the trash in the trash bin as they were over flowing. My wife and I watched the man waiting on us fillthe onion ring containers with no gloves on. Does Goldsboro have a health department or is this acceptable? The people were verynice but they dont need to be handling food with no gloves on. Oh, by the way I took pictures to prove what I saw. Read more
