Rudest person ever! They are open from 7-7. I got there about 645pm. They were closed and I told the guy at the window the hours... say 7-7. As I was getting ready to pull away the employee at the window said ?if you wanted food you should have gotten hereearlier! ? The rest of the employees behind the counter busted out doubled over laughing and pointing their fingers at me. Theywere the rudest people I have ever dealt with! Thankful KFC is open. Absolutely the worst service ever. They were not busy at all and it still took around 30 minutes for me to receive my order. The... sandwiches were cold along with the fries. Definitely will not dine there again. Read more
Employees aren't even functioning at a bare minimum level of customer service and didn't care whatsoever. I literally do not... think it is possible for them to have moved any slower. Despite there only being a few other customers, it took us 20 minutesto get our food (very greasy even by fast food standards). That was our first and last visit. Read more

It?s sad how fast food restaurants are going down hill!! I ordered a grilled chicken salad waited 5 min at the window for the... employee not to even great me. He gave me salad with no chicken and no dinner ware. I gave it back when I got it back thechicken tasted like it had been sitting there all day!!! They food was great. The staff, not so much. There was a lady working the inside food line that needed to be retrained I guess.... She got confused when my 4 piece white meat meal with Cajun fries would not fit all on one plate. The other boxed orders had heropening and closing all of the boxes 3 or 4 times. This made for an extremely slow moving line. To her credit our orders werecorrect. There was some younger dark haired fat kid just standing around and avoiding eye contact when I needed my sweet tearefilled. A lady behind me asked him to help. I stopped in to place an order. I was not acknowledged. I let that go. I stood and waited?. A young man walked up to the... register never once did he look up at me he was busy looking at his phone & coughing in the direction of the uncovered chickenthat was in the case.
