This location used to be one of the best before covid and now it's the worst one around . They are rude ,can't get your order... right and it takes forever to place and receive food. Then when you get it ,it's wrong . Unbelievable . Oh and there tea alwaystastes like have coffee half tea. Read more
They don't listen at the drive through and they've started charging you for individual items so it costs more of you don't catch... it and getting your money back is a circus. Will never be back here. Read more
Chicken was cold and old, fries were like chewing gum. Drive-thru service was horrible. Young lady taking our order was rude and... could care less about the customer, order accuracy, responding, or really anything from what I observed. If you live in thearea, save yourself from wasted time and frustration at this location and visit the LaGrange restaurant instead. At least thestaff there are friendly , make attempts to get your order right, actually SPEAK and RESPOND to you, and want to help you. Read more
Got the 12 piece family pack. There were no legs at all, wings still had feathers attached. It looked like the pieces of chicken... were cut into smaller pieces, could not even tell what part of the chicken it was supposed to be. The chicken was dried out. Wedid not even get biscuits with our meal. We spent almost $40 for this. Very disappointed. Read more
Horrible customer service. No water no drinks. Still got charged for a full combo and had to buy a half gallon of sweet tea.... This was ridiculous. The girls attitude was just horrible she said they didn't have sweet tea but they were giving it throughthe drive through. I ordered inside and saw them pouring sweet tea. Read more
I'm so bummed this location can't get it together because I love the food. It's always far too long of wait no matter what... you're ordering. The staff is not kind or friendly but usually in a mood. I waited almost 30 min for a 16 tender family meal. Iwould've just said screw it and left but I had already paid. This location needs a revival...BAD. Read more
I dont know what is going on at this location but I've had to get a few of my orders remade. The employees who were there on the... night of Valentine's day were rude and my meal still was wrong after waiting an additional 15 minutes for fresh food. The teatasted as if they got dirty water and added it to my drink. My biscuit was undercooked and the staff told me to reheat it in myoven when I called to tell them. I will NEVER eat here again. Extremely slow. I been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and have not moved. I never got my food. This is a sorry location... at this point the owner or someone from corporate need to do their job is see why this location is so horrible. Only if I couldgive 0 stars. Read more
