This place is sorry. The employees there are rude and have a nasty attitude they messed up my order, I had to give them back my... order 3 times for them to fix and get it right. The manager is no help at all, didn?t even try to see what was going on or tryto fix the issue. I was left there waiting and ignored. Read more

I decided to give them another chance today, the lady at the drive thru was rude. I couldn?t eat any of my food my chicken... biscuit was hard and chicken was dry. The fries had no salt on them and they were crispy. My bo biscuits were burnt on the edgesand my soda tasted like water. Read more

My order took longer to make even though they were not busy they served 6 customers before me. They acted like they didn't want... to be there even though they were closing early. The cashier said she couldn't wait to leave as she'd been there a few hour's yet she acted like she couldn't be bothered to take my order. Read more

The food is good but the wait time is beyond ridiculous, you have to really clear your schedule before goin to this... establishment. The hours have changed from 7am-7pm and they pretty much stop serving you food by 6p. I don't see why they don'tjust close it down ??????????? Read more

First off I have never waited so long with more cars in drive thru. The food was less to be desired. Don't waste your time or... money. They were more concerned about their phones. Read more

Wait time is always ridiculous and they never put the condiments I ask for in the bag. Also I get a different total each day... despite ordering same thing. I know prices change but every day??? Read more

Literally the worst Bojangles in all of Eastern NC. It?s takes 30 minutes in the drive through line no matter what time of day... you go, food is always cold, dry, and over cooked, and none of the employees act like they take any pride at all in theirperformance. I only get food at Bojos anymore because my 6 year old is so obsessed with their fries, we have to keep French fryseasoning in our spice cabinet. It?s gotten so bad, that she even regrets requesting it and ends up throwing over half of itaway when we get it from this location closest to our house. Bojangles used to be my go-to fast food restaurant because youcould always count on it to taste like a home cooked meal but it?s been nothing but disappointing for the past few years. Read more

Had to wait like 10 minutes just to order, but that is not what I am complaining about cause I've waited longer. Ordered my... food, and specifically said Diet Mountain Dew to drink. I get to the window, the girl just acted like she drank too muchlemonade without sugar...cause she had a sour expression and attitude. Then when I tell her that I ordered a Diet Mountain Dew,and not a Diet Pepsi (last time I checked, those are not close in sounding familiar)...she does that huff (like a mad deepbreath), and fixes it. When she hands me the correct drink, and the food, she acted like she could not wait for me to leave.Biscuit was good, but the bo-tato rounds were cold and greasy. I get it that it's busy, and possibly short-staff, but that'snot my fault. I'm a Diabetic and this location in the past has given me regular Mountain Dew on different occasions, when Ispecifically said Diet cause I can't drink regular Mountain Dew. The staff corrected it, but I have to say this was the worstvisit ever! As a customer, I should feel that I should be welcomed and be wanted to come back...but this girl decided that I wasjust bothering her and it wouldn't bother her that I didn't want to come back. She needs training in customer service, or sheneeds to find another line of work. I should give one star, but I'm giving 2 due to the biscuit being fresh. Why is it ALL theWayne Bojangles' are either hiring employees who show that they hate working with the public, or having a nasty place for theircustomers?! My favorite one is the one in Princeton, so I guess I'll just go there. Read more
