Food as expected. The establishment seemed busy, but the amount of customers and food put out did not seem to match. Mid... afternoon. Took a while to get acknowledged and waited on (was able to walk to register as soon as in door). Understood gettingcurrent orders filled before taking more just not acknowledged. Dining area needed some attention tables and floors neededcleaning. Food was as expected. Staff was friendly but in a "hurried" state. Horrible service. Order 2 4 piece Supreme dinner with fries with no salt. Got cold nasty fries that tasted like they had been... sitting around for hours and only 2 pieces of chicken per box! I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Read more
I ordered 2 large fries only so common sense, if that?s all I ordered I?m thinking the employees would cook them fresh. I was... giving cold fries and I was not given a receipt. It needs to be normalized to give customers their receipt without the customerhaving to ask. Also tell employees to stop showing their behinds, nobody wants to see that it?s disgusting. I will never come tothis location again and I?ll make sure to tell my family and friends not to come to this bojangles specifically, especiallyemployees walking around showing their cracks. Read more
I stop by there today to get me some lunch. I got a Cajun filet sandwich club. The chicken was old dried out & the bacon was... old. Oh the lettuce was soggy. No lemon in the tea. I didn't even eat it ????. Never again. Read more
I was extremely disappointed this morning. I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit combo with hashbrowns, two sausage biscuits, and a... grilled filet biscuit. When I got home, there was no gravy and just a plain biscuit. Also there was a Cajun filet biscuitinstead. Also the hashbrowns I got were soggy and Luke warm. Food was very good today had the pulled pork ???? very generous with the meat , staff very friendly and professional, but... bathrooms are filthy , sink had food particles in it , manager needs to address this one area because if a customer sees a dirtybathroom he or she will perceive that the restaurant in general is unhealthy to eat in it . Painfully slow drive through experience. Multiple visits and each one results in a near 30 minute wait in the drive thru lane.... Consistent theme with the Bojangles franshises operated within Wayne County. Food is good, if you can ever get it. Read more
Bad customer service my food was incorrect when asked to correct it the lady had a whole fit. Never coming here again.
