I came in on a whim and was happy to see menu wasn't different from state to state. Coming from out of town , you never... know. I had the pick 3 dinner and drinks. While waiting out the rain. Everything was hot, fresh and fast. The restaurant wasclean. The serving staff was attentive and friendly. Over all very good experience. Only down side I can say . .. is music wastoo loud. Would have liked to hear some of the sports. But I will be back again! Kudos to all. Read more
Just stood 5 minutes waiting to be seated, while clearly feeling like the hostes/server was clearly not trying to see us. I seen... a guy look out from the back and made eye contact twice.. Only 8 customer's Seated. There was no I'll be right with you oranything. We walked out and went to Logans. We like Chili's and walking out of a business is something we only have ever doneonce before. It's sad. Read more
The service here is unbeatable!! I really wish they would change the fryer oil. It always tastes like three day old oil here.... But I still go for the burgers and the great wait staff. Read more
Definitely the worst experience we've had with Chili's. The Chicken Tenders , I mean just look at them. Absolutely ridiculous to... say the least. Not even edible so needless to say they went in the trash. The cheese curds tasted like straight old grease. Lookat the mutant like southwest eggrolls. What the hell is happening with that gigantic fried mess and didn'teven get the right dipwith it, just plain ranch. Lastly, we didn't even get the beef bacon quesadilla that we paid for. Such a horrible experience, not sure we'll ever order from this location again. Read more

I'm not sure what has happened to this place. I was deployed, and recently came back and wanted to go to this bar and grill.... Unfortunately, there is a serious change in the service and food quality... Upon entering, the hostest said sit whereever youwould like. We were quickly serviced and asked for drinks. Our drinks came quick, but our server did not after that. After awhile, we did get our food ordered which came very quick (a little too quick honestly). This was the last time the servers cameto our table without being flagged down for refills. The food was ok, we got a Santa Fe Burger, the Ultimate Smoke House Combo,and the spinach white Queso. I believe they could do better, but it's still a chili's, which gives me hope they will be betternext time. Read more
