HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. About 5 months ago I gave them a great review because the service and food worth it. I should?ve... known it was too good to be true, after all it is in Goldsboro. I ordered Saturday night at closing time and they forgot mylobster tail. So the following Monday I called to resolve the situation. Long story short the manager was uneducated andunreasonable and refused to do anything at all to resolve the situation despite me being a repeat and reputable customer andinstead proceeds to argue. If it had been the guy that took my order 5 months I wouldn?t be writing this review. The manager ishorrible. I usually wouldn?t make a fuss but I can?t afford to lose money. I?m a woman of business and have had to take out timeand money to visit BOTH locations. Luckily there was worker at the Wilson location who was reasonable and decided to do what shecould to resolve the situation. It?s sad that your own people refuse to help. If you must go, check your food for content, butthey won?t ever get my business again. Come to Wilson, it?s nicer anyways. Read more

Wa a random choice pick for Friday dinner and couldn't have been happier with it! Wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere. Food... was beyond expectations. The boils for single person eating can be pricey but it's still amazing food and does not hurt my viewof the place. If it were me, I would want folks to think large scale combos as that not ont gets word out to others but alsoallows for far more folks to try it. I haven?t done a review in a while but I have to do one on the restaurants grand opening. Very clean and nice decor on the... inside, I should have taken some pictures. The staff was phenomenal! Very nice and courteous,friendly. My food was pricey but itwas worth every penny spent. I am a Dungeness crab lover, I prefer them over Alaskan. The size of the clusters were good andthey tasted delicious!! The shrimp was of good size as well and meaty and tender. I will be going back, I was in heaven after along day at work.
